Description

Featuring four contemporary bedrooms with stylish accents, spacious outdoor areas with spectacular views, and covered outdoor BBQ/kitchen, you will have everything needed for a memorable stay. The lushly landscaped grounds are highlighted by a sparkling saltwater swimming pool with an integrated spa that cascades into the pool below (heated for a fee). A covered poolside lanai, complete with a misting system, creates a spacious outdoor dining area that seats six. At dusk, landscape lighting spotlights the tropical qualities of this outdoor oasis. Inside, the living area offers spacious surroundings with comfortable seating and a 50' HD TV. You'll find your way easily around the modern, well-designed gourmet kitchen; it's fully equipped and large enough to handle the demands of a family or for entertaining. Features include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, and breakfast bar seating.

The large master suite is an intimate retreat complete with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable King size bed, and a 32' HD TV. There is also a sliding door with direct access to the pool & backyard area. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Two feature queen beds and the third a king bed. All three bedrooms include HD TVs as well.

WHAT’S NEARBY

Perched just north of Palm Springs International Airport, this getaway will be easy to find upon arrival. When you want to venture out, make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring the best of this desert city. Take your pick of local boutiques, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Highly recommend this home! We stayed a few days at this wonderful, clean and well stocked home, had everything we needed at out fingertips; the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked for our stay and the set up was welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor patio, pool, grill, and grass was also comfortable and inviting. We had plenty of room for 5 adults, the home was spacious, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was close to downtown Palm Springs. I spoke with Mo, she was very kind, clear, prompt, and helpful with the check in process. We are already looking at our calendars to return to this home. Thank you Vacasa!

We were very happy about the home, which was beautiful and well located. Unfortunately, Vacasa’s bad technology systems conflicted with one of their employees being out of the office… The result was my family had to wait for hours in 108F weather while they figured out how to get us a door code. The problem could be easily fixed with better software permissions settings, using Wifi-enabled door locks, or using local management instead of a national call center. The property gets five stars, but the management company gets two. I’m averaging to four to be generous.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at La Flamenco. The pool and outdoor entertainment area is the best feature. I think another commenter mentioned the floor needing to be fixed/replaced. That is the only negative about the property.

The house was clean and comfortable but a little run down - paint peeling in places, fans not working appropriately, the misters not working, the fridge outside not working, the garage keypad not working, etc. Nothing was horrible, but it was made worse by the fact that Vacasa did not respond to any requests for maintenance. We had a great time at the house and it is definitely big enough for 8 adults. We loved the pool (did not need it heated in May!) and hot tub and the beds were comfortable. I would probably rent this property again, but not from Vacasa. We booked kind of late and I do feel like there other properties that were nicer for the money as well but that is hard to confirm since I didn’t see any others in person.

Pool and outdoor bbq are superb, really enjoyed using both. The house itself is useable but the flooring needs repair as does the gate between the backyard and the pool. Also, the kitchen is under stocked with utensils and certain appliances (e.g. blender was broken).
