ABOUT THE HOUSE

The open-concept home features high ceilings and tile floors throughout the common areas. Ample natural light makes the whole space bright and inviting.

Stretch out on a sectional and recliners in the living room and watch a movie on the 55in TV. The second living area has a sleeper sofa, window seats, desk, and a gas fireplace.

Prepare meals in the fully-loaded kitchen with granite countertops and sleek cabinets. Modern appliances include a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range.

Gather around the six-person dining table for meals, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

The extraordinary outdoor space features mountain views and a patio with sitting area, 40in TV, gas fireplace, full-size pool table, and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Take a dip in the resort-like pool complete with waterfall, or unwind in the hot tub or beside the firepit.

The master bedroom has a king bed facing a gas fireplace and 50in TV. The en-suite has a double vanity, a walk-in shower with three showerheads, and a large soaking tub. The back patio can be accessed via the master bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 40in TV. The third has a king bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This is a lovely home in a nice location close to good restaurants and shopping. This was our 3rd time renting this home. The backyard is very private and well appointed. Great pool & hot tub. We will definitely rent this home again. Would recommend for a couple or families.

We enjoyed the home and it exceeded our expectations. The home itself was beautiful, spacious and had every amenity you could ask for.The pool however was freezing cold and we even paid to have it heated. We followed every instruction and even flagged to the pool guy but the pool heater still did not work. It was 95 degrees outside and the pool was freezing.Even if the pool pump did work, you CANT heat both the hot tub and pool at the same time. So note that if you would like both heated, one will always be chilly

It's a small cute house well appointed. If you actually want the heat on the cute little pool and spa, you have to pay an extra $65/night + fees.

This is a lovely home. It is very well decorated inside and out. While the electronics are overdone, it is fitted to a high standard. A few more power outlets would help. The location is great for shops and restaurants. It is nice and quiet when we visited in July

Loved the location and the back patio. Paid extra to heat the hot tub and pool and was not able to sit in the hot tub or pool. Called Vaca’s several times & they said it was fixed but not able to use either as the water temperature was way too cold. Disappointed as that was big reason for selecting the place. No propane for the gas grill.
