This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Palm Springs, mere minutes from downtown's shops, restaurants, and countless forms of entertainment. You'll be well-placed for walking and bike riding, whether you choose to visit the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino or the many renowned eateries, boutiques, galleries, and theaters that line Palm Canyon Drive (both are just over a mile west). There are more than 100 celebrated golf courses to choose from in the immediate vicinity of Palm Springs, as well as majestic views to be admired from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).

THINGS TO KNOW

The third bathroom is separate and accessed outdoors; it includes an outdoor hower and a powder room convenient to the pool.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We spent a long weekend at the house with family and friends and it was wonderful. Spacious and well-appointed with a great yard and pool. I loved the space with choices for sun or shade, socializing or quiet. We will go back so sure.

This is a super house, from bedrooms to living room, great comfortable family room with large TV and really nice pool and hot tub. Really amazing was how well appointed the kitchen is -- everything you could possibly want , much much better than many places we've stayed. Vacasa also answered the phone quickly when we wanted to ask to stay another night (alas, it was already booked). It's also close to the airport, but not noisy (not in the flight path), and really convenient to downtown, and great walking from the house. We'll definitely look to book again.

The outdoor area with the pool and spa are amazing and we also enjoyed the living area with built in bar. The kitchen has everything you could need and the rooms are spacious. We will be back!

I would have given this property 5 stars except they didn't give me the security code to the alarm. Luckily, I was able to get hold of someone fast enough to turn it off.

The house is very nice and the kitchen was stock with everything imaginable. You couldn't ask for anything better.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was big and backyard is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked. Linens/beds were clean and of good quality. House looks as good as in the photos. We enjoyed our stay here.

Spent four days at the Garden of Eden. Nice, clean home with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Spent most of our time in the large backyard with an attractive pool, plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ and outdoor dinning. Would book again.

We absolutely love this house. The mountain views are spectacular. The den/bonus room are an excellent extra. The backyard is wonderful and immaculate. The house has everything that you need and is very comfortable. The pool is amazing. This house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac where all of the homes are very well-kept. The staff at Vacation Palm Springs are unlike any other. This is a five-star experience, although I hate to share that because then we may not be able to make reservations when we want them. God willing, we will be here next year!

Nice house with a great yard. Spa heated quickly. Nice Lounges and outdoor furniture.Inside the house was spacious. The owner converted the garage to a bonus room, so there was plenty of space.

The house was great! It was even better than the photos. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious plus the backyard was AMAZING. It was very easy to drive or Uber downtown (it cost $6 to Uber to downtown Palm Springs at night). The street was quiet and had a great view of the mountains. We had an amazing time!

With the exception of the bathrooms, the house was ideal. The pool, spa, and grounds were the best yet. The kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped with the exception of cutting knives.., there were only two small ones. The common areas both inside and outside were great.
