Good Vibrations is located in Deepwell, a Palm Springs neighborhood that is south of downtown and known for its quiet and peaceful vibe with well-manicured lawns and a wonderful collection of mid-century modern architectural design. Just under three miles from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll love exploring the various downtown shops, golf, dining, theaters, and entertainment nearby! Check out some of the famed restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive such as Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster, and the Pig (takeout only). If hiking is on the agenda, make your way to Tahquitz Canyon (one-and-a-half miles west) or Indian Canyons (three miles south).

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

Great location with a short 5-minute drive to downtown. The house is a corner lot, so there is some traffic noise, but it’s a residential area so not a lot of traffic. Plenty of space for 6 guests to be together in the main rooms. Master is very large, but guest rooms are small. Loved the mid-century vibe of the place (artwork and furniture) and plenty of natural light. Kitchen was well-stocked, too. A few small issues (guest toilet kept running and shower head sprayed everywhere), and Vacasa had someone call to come out the next day, but but minor inconveniences so we just lived with them - and fixed the toilet on our own. Nice to have the pool heated for our stay and a great gas fireplace in the living room was perfect. Could only put one car in the garage as there is a large metal post that sticks out from the ground about 2 feet in from the wall. It’s well marked, though.

Super house! The interior design nailed the mid-century modern vibe. The pool was big. Super yard. We had a few minor issues, but the property management company remedied them as soon as we got in touch with them. We would definitely stay here again.

The house on Calle de Maria was a great place. Really enjoyed our stay. Could have used a few more face cloths but everything else was very well stocked. Would come again

Beautiful house and backyard in a very nice neighborhood south of downtown Palm Springs and about a 5 minute drive to downtown. Be aware, this property is not in the Uptown Design District as shown on the map of the rental. That is where the rental company office is that you need to check in before you go to the house. We were surprised that some of the basics like kleenex and shampoo weren`t provided like all the other homes we`ve rented but the overall experience was great!

We met some friends to spend the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The only feedback I have is the oven should be replaced. The door feels like it’s going to come off when you struggle to open it. We are already talking about doing it again in 2021!

The house is in the beautiful Deepwell Estates, and has a beautiful backyard on a very-well-landscaped property. The house has every amenity needed. Check-in process was easy, and the electronic keypad door lock made it easy not having to worry about a key.

This is our 6th time renting this house for our `girls` getaway weekend and will continue using this house as long as possible. We love the openness of the living room area, nice & bright. We Loved Good Vibrations for the private pool/spa with mountain views. We also like Deepwell because we can easily bike anywhere we want to go in town. The home was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Some retro flair, but all the upgrades needed to make things easy.

This place was extremely comfortable, the pool was great, and it was much cuter than the pictures. It is also conveniently located - a few minute drive downtown and to supermarkets, and a decent walk to The Ace or Saguaro hotels for drinks, food and ping pong. Also great for kids, we had a 2 year old who had a blast.

We absolutely loved this property! The layout is great, with very funky decor. It had absolutely everything you could think of including all kitchen utensils, an ipod dock, towels that fold over the loungers...it was very convenient. The backyard is the best part. A beautiful layout! 10 minutes from the airport, and downtown main drag where all the restaurants and bars are. We will definitely rent again!

We just finished spending two months here and loved it - so much so that we have already booked to return next year. The location is excellent, and Deepwell is a wonderful neighbourhood that is close to downtown Palm Springs and conveniently located for getting to other parts of the Coachella Valley.. The house is well equipped and a most comfortable place for relaxing and entertaining. The backyard is most delightful - the privacy, the landscaping and the wonderful pool and spa - and is truly an oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. Highly recommended if you want a great stay in a great location!
