The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a 55' HDTV, and a cozy fireplace in an open concept great room. The dining room is casual and comfortable, with seating for six and the adjacent living room offers additional seating and a desk area. The chef-inspired kitchen features tile counters with a modern artistic backsplash, so you'll be sure to find everything you need to prepare wonderful meals for friends and family.

Located north of downtown Palm Springs, this lovely retreat will offer a bit of peace and quiet while still being mere minutes from all of the action. Simply drive along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find a plethora of restaurants, attractions, boutiques, and more, less than two miles from your front door. For a bit more action, the hiking trails in the area will spoil the outdoorsy members of the group. Plus, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park can offer even more scenery and adventure for every type of guest to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We had a great stay at Historic Palm Springs Oasis! The home was clean, tastefully furnished with great pieces and artwork, and very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains, and just a few minutes to the center of town. Lovely, mature grounds with beautiful fruited orange trees. Just perfect.

The exterior is this property is amazing! Beautiful grounds. Extremely private. Pool and hot tub are very nice! Some deferred maintenance but enjoyable. The house was clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. Bathroom is small but works out fine. There is also a half bath easily accessible from yard. Lots of TV channel/streaming options.

Charming, well equipped home that’s perfect for a couple or small family. We were there during the recent cold spell so greatly appreciated the fireplace and hot tub. While it sleeps four having only one master bath is a downside and the primary reason for 4 vs. 5 stars.

We spent 9 days in Palm Springs over New Years visiting with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. The house was ideal for multiple activities by our diverse group. The pool was perfect for play time with the kids while the football fans enjoyed the flat screen tv in the living area. My husband and I loved ending the evening in the spa and pool. We are already looking forward to next year!

House is perfect for thise wanting total privacy away from the busy world. We relaxed all weekend on the pool and cooked our food outside and watched our dogs have the time of their lives running and enjoying the large yard. The `casita` was a great touch. I have stayed at this house five or six times and will continue to rent this lovely cottage. It is perfect for a small group looking to have a quiet getaway. Located in North Palm Springs, it is an extremely private property that is gated and has a cute pool and hot tub. Can`t wait to get back to it! The staff that was at the office was just lovely.
