Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The home was well equipped, a little dated but still comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard with its new modern pool and jacuzzi the most. The lemon tree in the backyard filled the air with incredible scent which made the backyard the perfect oasis! We like the house so much that we will rebook it for future stays, the only two odd things why this house didn’t get 5 stars is the master bedroom bathroom has no door for privacy and the second bathroom has no shower curtain and the floor tiles are a little slippery.
The rental company was responsive, not too knowledgeable about the house, but the actual property manager was very helpful.

This was my husband's and my first trip to Palm Springs. This sweet home is in the perfect location. Just two short blocks to North Palm Canyon Drive, which we now know has wonderful shopping and restaurants. The pool was heavenly. It was overcast and chilly for much of our stay in January, so I was glad we paid extra for the pool heat. We look forward to coming back!

We had a terrific stay here. The location makes it easy to walk to downtown as well as hiking (Cactus to Clouds/Museum/Lykken Trails). The house is also very private, despite actually being quite close to other houses. We loved the pool and spa, and generally the home is well furnished and given we did a lot of cooking, a good kitchen to work in (two kitchens, in fact, if need be). Also, I had pretty good feelings toward Vacasa that they really wanted to ensure our stay was positive (once we got their attention, talking to people in various parts of the country... all very nice people, occasionally short on follow through).

Arriving after dark was challenging. The lock box for the key was described as being to the right of the front door. Well... yes.... but 20 feet to the right around a bay window at ground level was challenging to find in the dark. And the front door is a bit tricky to unlock.

Next up: the pool/spa controls are rather inconveniently located behind blinds in the family room (another search expedition). Once located, pretty easy to work (except you need to be conscious of it being on a timer if you want the spa heated at a specific time). There were no instructions in the house manual (really beyond WiFi/password, which was changed while we were there... we left a sticky note). We receive a “gate” code but apparently the gate across the drive is unopenable... we never did find a place to input a code... not a big deal... just moved cars around the corner to unpack and pack up. There is ample parking space off the street.

The WiFi was wonky, making it impossible to work while there (a problem), but the management company came through with a new router (thank you!). Muuuuch better and very much appreciated.

The house has great bones. It is tired in places. The bathrooms need attention (someone painted the tile and even the sinks(??) with associated chipping/wear). The kitchen has issues with cabinet doors that are loose and fall off (loose European hinges). One cabinet door stays open.

In all, it was a positive experience and we enjoyed our stay. You could easily have 6 people there with a reasonable amount of privacy.

I would stay here again. And, again, I felt Vacasa went to some pains to ensure we were satisfied.
