Outside, this vacation rental features a private backyard with a sparkling pool and a cascading waterfall pool spa. Inside, the open floor plan is fantastic for entertaining and includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the casual table—ideal for family game nights—or meet up in the more elegant dining area. The primary suite features a bed, a TV, and an attached full bath, providing the perfect layout for comfort and relaxation. The remaining three bedrooms are comfortable and excellent for a great night's stay. Added home conveniences include complimentary WiFi and a high-capacity washer/dryer.

This home is convenient to several popular Palm Springs area events including the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, and numerous equestrian events at the Empire Polo Club located just two miles away. Visit Palm Desert for spas, boutiques, and plenty of restaurants, just 11 miles away. Or spend your days playing rounds of picturesque golf or tennis, and your nights experiencing the nightlife and sampling some of the area's iconic and historic steakhouses.

Things to Know

For long-term stays over 28 nights there is a utility deposit that needs to be collected at the time of booking. $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This covers the utility bills (electric/gas).
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise from gatherings during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Loved staying here during Stagecoach weekend! This home was perfect for what we needed. Great kitchen space, spacious living room, nice bedrooms, and the pool was an absolute plus! I will say one of the bedrooms has a water bed (lol) which we were not expecting. Either we missed it on the description or it didn't say it. We could not have asked for a better house while we were staying in the desert!

This is the perfect relaxing getaway! The house is such a great size and lay out. With 2 children each one had their own area and space. My husband and I could relax in the hot tub at night when they slept. The town is very mello but for more action downtown Palm Springs is only a short drive away!! I would recommend to anyone for a quick getaway.

This was a wonderful vacation rental for a ladies weekend away. The house had ample space for 4 women and would also be great for multiple couples or families because of the number of bedrooms, large beds, and bathrooms. The home was comfy and equipped with so many conveniences that you wouldn`t find at a hotel, including a giant kitchen. We loved hanging out by the backyard pool and visiting the neighborhood pool too. This home was in a great location for exploring the greater Palm Springs area. I can`t wait to come back!

This home was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway with friends! The open layout made for a great gathering space, the kitchen is large and well-stocked, the 4 bedrooms were comfy and gave us ample space and the backyard is a beautiful and relaxing place to read or talk. The location was great- we were able to bounce around to Palm Desert, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park plus the gated community is beautiful and secure. Our stay was everything we were hoping for and more-I look forward to returning!

Our family of 5, are frequent visitors to this beautiful home .We love the location, the home is located in a nice gated community, we love the open concept of the kitchen/living room, the pool/hot tub in the backyard is a plus when you have kids, the beds are comfortable, all you need is your clothes because this home is fully stocked with towels, great appliances, and even a wine cellar to keep your wine chilled. The house is immaculate and in great condition.
