I loved my Vacasa rental. The location was great. Right on the golf course ,wonderful views. It was a wonderful house ,updated and spacious. It was extremely clean and had everything in it ,kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had towels. I loved everything about it. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this property over Veteran's Day Weekend in 2023. While it is situated in a quiet and gated neighborhood, the home itself left much to be desired. And it's in dire need of some maintenance. Many lights were out, including the light/fan fixture in the office which made the room unusable at night. There were also lights out in the living room and the nook adjacent to the kitchen, no light in the laundry room, and very dim lighting from the fixture in the bedroom. The dishwasher was also out of order (for which we received last minute notice and nominal compensation from Vacasa). The trash can in the kitchen would not open and there are no instructions that we could find in the home to assist. The shower in the master bathroom is also unusable. There is no curtain and the small glass doors do little to block the water from splashing all over the bathroom floor. Additionally, there are flimsy covers on the shower drains, and one was totally loose which presented a slipping hazard. The latches on the outside sliding glass doors felt like they were on their last legs, which means the only sure means of locking the doors is to use the dirty old metal bar in the door track. Far from ideal. And if you have an above-average sized car you hope to park in the garage, forget it. The garage barely fits one small/mini SUV. All in all, the house felt cheap, dark, and stale. Perhaps most tellingly, the master bedroom contains prints of amateur photographs of a sunset on the walls. On those prints is a time stamp from the camera that dates back to 2014. If we had to guess, that's the last time anyone spent any real time fixing up this place.When we raised these issues with Vacasa after our stay, we were assured the property owner would be notified and that these concerns would be addressed. We're still waiting on a response and, after following up multiple times, are not holding our breath.Our advice: Pass on this property. You can do much better.

Beautiful floorplan with cozy spots inside and out. Peaceful to watch the golfers from pato. The pool and tennis courts were a short drive away. Friendly people.

Wonderful weekend enjoying this nicely appointed and comfortable home! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes! New appliances, too. Only downside was that one side of the bed in the primary bedroom is quite "sunken", but other than that the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
