This is a great house - yes a jewel. It is all yard, and a great yard. Corner lot, huge yard, green grass, beautiful pool and decent plastic spa. But the privacy is grand, and the views in every direction of palm trees and mountains behind is the jewel part (power lines everywhere too, but what can you do). The house itself is modest and tasteful, but the yard is the star of the show.

This house was perfect for a long stay with friends and family! I stay several times a year in the area and this now my favorite. Walking to downtown is easy great coffee shops and trails are wasy from the house. The outdoor space is fabulous my only negative is the sprinklers come on at 8pm ending the outdoor activities to enjoy*maybe 9:30pm would be better to consider?

What a wonderful vacation home. Gorgeous Mountain Views. Within blocks of walking and biking trails, and old town LaQuinta. Fun backyard with hot tub, pool, and bocce ball court. We loved it!

The house was nicely laid out and appointed. The yard and pool are gorgeous with a nice spa as well. Great views to the south and west of the mountains. The gate to the yard slams a bit, it would good to cushion the loud bang it makes, not a large issue. A bit more toilet paper would be appreciated and USEFUL! All-in-all, it was a great for all of us. Thanks.

The house is lovely, much bigger/private than the pictures might lead you to believe. The outdoor space is beautiful and spacious, definitely gives you a resort vibe. Loved being able to walk to downtown La Quinta for a coffee or a drink. Would stay there again!

This home made for a lovely vacation. With 4 large sliding glass doors in the main living area, open is an understatement. The lot is completely walled in, with views of the tops of the hills, letting you feel like the rest of the world has gone away.

Loved the back yard, and that's what you want in the desert! Great pool, many relaxation spaces, and a covered area to hide from the sun if you want it! The location can't be beat if you want to walk to the cute quaint town of La Quinta!

The house, yard and pool are amazing. We had the best time hanging out and swimming. The yard is very large and beautiful. The house is less than a half mile from downtown La Quinta where there are great places to eat. The neighborhood is hit or miss but it felt very private in the yard. The house had everything you would need. We would stay there again!

The house was great for our family of 5. The pool is amazing and the view from outside is stunning. I would give the house 5 stars, neighborhood 3 stars so I gave it a total of 4 stars. There is one neighbor who plays music but it’s only heard from inside the house not when you are outside. We spent 2 weeks here and had fun walking to old town for coffee, and tennis was a block away at a great park.

We came to get out of the cold ....fell in love with the layout of the house, pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge and dining areas. The neighborhood is quiet, the view is gorgeous and the pool pure heaven. It was perfect for two couple as each had own bedroom and bath. The house is well supplied in the kitchen, pool towel, bathrobes (great for morning and night by the pool) laundry facilities. Downtown Old La Quinta is charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!

The home is perfectly placed on a corner lot in the cove. The back yard is AMAZING! Pictures simply don't it justice. The lights come on at night and theres some festive lights that really make that back yard welcoming at night. Play some bocce on the bocce court or croquet on the well maintained grass and landscape. It's absolutely beautiful. The view of the stars and the mountain take your breath away. Hot tub was definitely a major plus after a long day hiking and playing golf- the stars again take your breath away. The two bikes can take you anywhere you need to go in the city and you're also walking distance to the local farmers market! Great local produce and fruit!! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the supplies and tools needed for a big thanksgiving dinner. Hiking and walking trails less than a mile away also was a plus. Lots of golf near by and the living desert zoo was just a quick trip down the road. Home is more spacious than it looks, and plenty of room for 6 adults and a few kids. Neighborhood was friendly and safe. 10/10- looking to book it for our next trip to the desert!
