Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We LOVED our stay here and was worth every penny. We truly made the stay a staycation because the layout and amenities allowed us to truly enjoy our time there. I have two kids that love to play games so we made use of the horseshoes, cornhole, swim time and movie time while we bbq'd. There were bikes for us to use and the house was just super clean, everything felt new and fresh it was like a home away from home thank you for the great experience!

We spent 7 nights at this home and really enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
