This property has a basement that was built and soundproofed for a band to practice in. Currently, the basement has now been turned into a game room with a regulation-size pool table, record player, and stylish seating! If soaking up the California sun is something on your to-do list, you will find the private outdoor pool and spa is the perfect place to accomplish just that. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and friends to spread out in this single-story gem. Upon entering the primary bath, you will notice there is a sunken shower to provide the utmost relaxation. As for guests staying in one of the other spacious bedrooms, there is an ensuite bath with a door that opens directly out to the backyard. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee by the pool or trying your luck at a game of pool in the basement, this home will be something you don't want to miss out on. No to mention, you can easily stay connected during your stay with free high-speed WiFi at your disposal!

Upon first glance (really old furniture and carpet) we thought we had made a mistake. With time though, it became cosy and we very much felt like we were at our grandmothers home. Everything is old (except the pool and tvs) but somehow was very ok. We had everything we needed and had a golden girls vibe. The home is much bigger than expected and very quiet. Great location- solid stay.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! The house is huge, there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax and have their own personal space. We love the pool and the fact that previous guest had left full floats, and Toys made it even better. We spent the majority of our time in the pool, which was fantastic. My husband and kids loved going out to the basement and playing on the pool table as well as playing darts. We know this is a vacation house and what would’ve been nice if there was some extra spices and seasonings in the cupboard we definitely use the kitchen which helped so much in feeding everybody. We are definitely planning on coming back next summer to this house.

To tell you the truth about the only thing we liked was the pool . We were disappointed with that after paying 100.00 per day to heat it was cold. We tried to get help with it but never once did we get a return phone call. The whole trip felt like Vacasa had our money and that was that was cared about. The worst customer service in my life. To ignore phone calls and text messages was inexcusable.

Our property manager confirms the pool heat is working and when it's on it's set to 85 and the spa can go up to 104 degrees. We wish you had contacted us regarding the pool heat during your stay as we only received reports regarding the condition of the carpet. This property was immaculately furnished with a 60s vibe that channeled the glamour of the rat pack era. It was a unique home with great amenities. The backyard is beautifully laid out and the home boasts a lot of space that is deceiving when you first pull up to the home.

The Twin Palms neighbor is great. The house has history. This mid-century home has a beautiful pool and spa but to have it heated is very expensive. The home needs some basic maintenance and Vacasa could have been more responsive.

It’s a great location with some Palms Springs history. Rare underground pool room that used to be a rehearsal space for the Chi Chi club! Beautiful pool.

I must confess to being a mid century modern fan. Although I left California in 1991, Palm Springs and I have a long term relationship.
This house reminds me of the glamour of Old Palm Springs. It had all the amenities one could ask for in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
