WHAT’S NEARBY

This home is enviably located in Vista Las Palmas, a highly desirable neighborhood of central Palm Springs that's punctuated by desert estates and celebrity homes. You'll be an easy half-mile stroll or bike ride from Palm Canyon Drive (half a mile east), the heart of downtown that's home to an assortment of acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, theaters, and other forms of nightlife. Take a hike up into the hills, tee off at one of the dozens of championship golf courses that populate the area, or take an unforgettable ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six miles west).

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This home is just as shown in the photos. Lots of different sitting areas in the home. Kitchen is very well stocked with spices etc. I would check things out before going grocery shopping. Bedrooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Master bath is big, as is the second bedroom’s bath. The third bedroom bathroom is perfectly adequate and modern, just smaller than the others. Great wifi, and they have a printer available which came in handy for us. There’s a big laundry room off the garage. If I was forced to find one thing to improve, it would be the washer and dryer, which are the cheapest, smallest capacity, non-HE Roper washer/dryer they sell at Home Depot. Still got the job done but needed to do multiple loads. Pro tip: the concrete around the pool gets very hot. So leave your sandals right next to the pool steps so you can slip them on immediately!Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Also the home is filled with great art pieces. We enjoyed looking at them!

It’s a beautiful quiet home that’s still super close to town and is situated in a neighborhood filled with historic homes making a walk around so much more interesting than most. Every room has anything you might need from extra blankets to cooking supplies making every stay more enjoyable than the last.

Stunning modern contemporary home that is VERY comfortable. We loved the pool in the front yard. The house had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking or a quick drive to shopping and downtown activities. This house was perfect for 3 couples as all of the rooms have king beds. We will be back!

This house is gorgeous, with stunning views, every conceivable amenity, beautiful front yard pool and jacuzzi, modern decor and fabulous art making the home not only comfortable and livable, but a modern oasis. This home is beautiful and clearly well maintained. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable to stay in. It`s perfect for a couples or family getaway with 3 nicely sized bedrooms each with a king size bed. The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit make for a very welcoming outdoor space. The location is also great as you are tucked in close to the mountains so its very quiet and peaceful but you are still walking distance to downtown (approx 1mi to Koffi I think), oh and its around the corner from the Elvis honeymoon house which is pretty cool. Would definitely recommend!
