A pair of twin beds furnish the third bedroom, which also has a 32' flat-screen TV and a convenient desk area with a computer screen and chair.

The condo also has a spacious guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy alfresco dining and chit-chats on your private patio. A dining table seats six, and a cushioned chair and loungers offer extra spots to enjoy the sun. Sizzle steaks and veggies over the patio gas grill.

Walk steps for a dip in the nearest on-site pool and hot tub. (There are 12 community pools located in the gated community!)

The complex also features a snack bar and a fitness center.

We always like staying at legacy villas. The amenities are super nice. We liked this house, it's at the back of the property. It's has a terrific location. Wonderful, because we could bring the small pet. Most rental homes have completely empty garages, this homes garage had a lot of stuff in it. We thought the rental property was excellent.

Couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. It was perfect for my five friends and I who stayed for the long weekend. It’s exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the owners truly thought of everything we’d need to make our stay great. There are several pools on the property and we enjoyed how easy it was to walk to each one from the house. The house was lovely and spacious and we will definitely be back!
