Prepare any homemade meal in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, featuring granite countertops, full-size appliances, and cookware, to enjoy indoors at the dining table. You can also grill and watch the beautiful La Quinta sunsets on one of your two private balconies.

When it’s time to retire, this villa offers supreme sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom hosts a king bed, a smart-enabled HDTV, and French doors opening to the owner's deck. The guest suite also offers a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower, a queen bed, and a wet bar with its own coffee maker, microwave, and mini refrigerator. This suite features a fireplace and a private exit to the guest patio as well.

Legacy Villas is a luxurious development located just north of the historic La Quinta Resort & Club. It features Spanish hacienda architecture with smooth white stucco walls featuring blue trim and barrel-rolled tile roofs. Legacy is nestled within a dramatic cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Amenities include 24-hour guarded gates, 12 saltwater pools, 11 spas, and lush landscaping featuring 19 fountains. The community also includes a spectacular, 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with resort-style poolside cabanas, a beach-entrance kids' pool paired with a splash play area, meeting rooms, free WiFi, a date palm hammock garden, barbecues, the Legacy Grille (open only to homeowners and guests), an owners' lounge with flatscreen TVs, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

The home was well laid out and comfortable. Super clean and well stocked with all creature comforts. Concierge service was impeccable, accommodated crazy travel schedules and kept all of us well informed and confident in our visit. Loved the hiking trail and the huge selection of pools.

Stayed there last November and again this March. Great kitchen w/gas stove which I really liked. Fully equipped with quality cookware, another plus. Has a separate almost studio apartment as its 2nd bedroom. living area is spacious enough and the master bedroom, very comfortable. Small pool down below and just a quiet, relaxing place to stay when in the area.

We had a great experience staying in this condo, which is located in a quiet area of the beautiful condo complex. The condo was well equipped with nice decor and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The owners have done a nice job of anticipating all the needs of their renters. We would stay at this condo again.

Loved the amenities of the villa, however the thermostat rule to no lower than 76 made the living room uncomfortable as there are no vents that point to cool that area. This is where we spent most of our time. Luckily there was only 2 of us. With anymore bodies it would be uncomfortable. On summer /hot months they should adjust the vents to shoot cool air in the living room. Even in the bedrooms it gets hot. When booking directly with legacy they allow you to low the temperature to your liking, they have that advantage over VACASA.

This is my 5th stay in Legacy Villas. This particular unit 48-616 exceeded my expectation. Outstanding communication via Vacasa rep Matthew. He made my stay enjoyable and fun. The unit has two suites which gives us the best convenience. Thank you and I will return.

The condo was nicely put together - everything you need for a long weekend and nicely situated in La Quinta.
We are giving four stars out of five for the following reasons;
1. Check in was a little complicated
2. Finding the condo was complicated and the parking spaces indicated were not actually available.
3. requiring the temperature in the condo to be set at 75 was frustrating because it was too hot for us to sleep comfortably.

This place exceeded our expectations. It is generously and comfortably appointed, in a beautiful complex nestled directly next to dramatic rocky hills. There is a pool and hot tub right next to the building along with many more pools and fountains throughout the complex. The condo had everything my family needed for a wonderful long weekend.
