Outdoors, the upscale backyard playground includes a private pool and spa, a firepit, a built-in BBQ island with a sink, a table for alfresco meals, and a large putting green! And for sleeping arrangements, this four-bedroom home boasts luxurious beds with high thread count linens, en suite baths, TVs, and more!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The wine fridge, mini-fridge, and BBQ area fridge are being replaced.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
For long term stays over 28 nights, there is a utility deposit that needs to be collected at time of booking. $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This covers the utility bills (electric/gas/pool heat).

Our Friends and family had a great time swimming at this home. The house was beautiful . Once we figured out how to turn on the waterfall and pool lights we really started having fun night swimming and grilling. Thanks for the hospitality and we are looking forward to our next Vacasa vacation.

The air conditioning didn’t work well, one of the king beds is outside like a casita, the jets in the hot tub don’t work, the putting green is very old and useless. The huge TV in living room has a line thru the middle right of the screen that the rental company and owner know about but didn’t disclose. Pool is beautiful.

The jets are repaired, the TV is getting replaced, and the separate guest house with the king bed is mentioned in the listing. Hopefully we can host you again for a more enjoyable experience.

The pool is large, with benches and waterfalls that keep you in it for hours. We loved the many palms surrounding it. The house is large and grand, with room for plenty of various activities. We felt very privileged staying here.

The home, construction detail, landscaping, and amenities (AMAZING pool landscaping, great putting green, lots of indoor & outdoor seating, gorgeous golf course view, stunning master suite, cool casita, great air conditioning throughout) are luxurious and should easily be worthy of 5 stars. However, there is little luxury in any of the details. The pool bottom needs refinishing. It made my toes bleed! The putting green needs lighting. The master bedroom mattress is awful and needs to be replaced. The silverware and plates badly need to be updated and increased. 6 forks for a house that easily sleeps 10? Outdoor fans didn’t work. Outdoor lighting required a maintenance call. Toilet paper was horrendous. Towels were old and gross…like a mish mosh of car wash towels. Shower drains were disgusting and backing up. So I just can’t give 5 stars. Can I recommend? Yes but bring towels, plates, cutlery, paper towels, toilet paper, and a new master mattress. And don’t shower anywhere but in the master.

Pool was a nice size with wading pad and steps as well as built in ledges to sit on. Hot tub heats up fast, so you can keep pool temp or heat up. Kids big and little will love the putting green. Yard and pool lights plus misters are a great addition.

The house is beautiful and has a lovely big kitchen, an incredible backyard with outdoor kitchen, a firepit, putting green, and the most gorgeous resort style pool and spa. Bedrooms are a nice size, the master is huge. Lots of TV`s for the sports minded families; five in living room alone!
