Featuring expansive walls of glass that allow the glamorous warmth of the desert sunshine to pour into this home, you and your guests will greatly appreciate the generous room sizes in the very open and inviting floor plan - perfectly suited for distinctive entertaining. When days heat up, simply step out to the backyard and you will be greeted by your own private oasis featuring a stunning pool and spa (both heated for a fee), ample outdoor seating, and a private gas grill to indulge in a classic cookout in the fresh air! If a formal meal is on the agenda, the chef of the group will be in heaven with a gourmet kitchen top work in and a dining room boasting stylish seating for up to six guests, views of the gorgeous landscaped grounds and mountain peaks.

In the main house of this Palm Springs rental home, you'll find three comfortable rooms to lay your head down at night. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, 32' TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features the same amenities, but with a queen-size bed. The third room is located near the kitchen and is considered a bonus room. This room features a sleeper-sofa bed, a 48' Smart TV, and it's own ensuite bathroom. The fourth room is in the casita and features a queen-size bed, a 32' TV, and its own ensuite bathroom.

This stunning home is located in a great neighborhood of mid-century modern and ranch homes and is a very short drive to the Ace Hotel, Koffi, and Saguaro Hotel! Hop on the free Palm Springs BUZZ bus, connecting you to all the hip and trendy downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants, without using a car. If getting out into nature is on the agenda, simply head over to the lovely trail system of Tahquitz Canyon. For even more adventure, don't hesitate to take a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This home offers exactly what one comes to Palm Springs for… a true mid-century experience in one of the best neighborhoods. It’s well-stocked and was perfect for our group of 6 who all needed space to work and retreat. Multiple private sitting spaces worked well for our calls while still enjoying the home. You almost don’t need to leave.

The home was outstanding!! This is the type of home I would happily buy!! It was very spacious and beautifully appointed! The pool courtyard was extraordinary and was enjoyed by all. The gas fire features outside were especially welcoming during the cooler evenings.

We had a great time at this wonderfully located mid century modern home! The pool was perfect and much appreciated in the hot desert heat. The house was spacious, comfortable, and in close proximity to the downtown area. Every room had its own bathroom and the kitchen came equipped with just about everything we could ask for, including a blender which helped with our poolside margaritas. Oh, they had margarita glasses too! It was well decorated and perfect for entertaining in the outdoor space.

The pool is great, fun modern look and feel to the whole house. Good location just a few minutes from downtown or an enjoyable evening walk away. A must see is the Robo house at Christmas or any time of the year for for the creative or artistic lover.
