My family and I enjoyed this very quiet desert escape. The Vacasa agent met us at the property to check-in and go over the ground rules. They are available for any questions or concerns that may come up, which is nice.
The condo was a nice size for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a full bar set up if you want to make a cocktail. The firepit off the roof is really nice and enjoyable and has a working fire pit.
There is a pool located steps away from the unit, but the pool heater was not working when we were there. Only a few of the pools in the neighborhood heat up. We had to walk around a couple of buildings to get to a warmer pool. One of the biggest downsides is that you can't play any music outside. If you make any loud noises or have music on, you are breaking ordinances. I love music and I usually bring a bluetooth speaker on vacation. Don't bother bringing it. You can listen to music inside the condo on the radio or on your own device. The only thing is you have to keep it on a low volume.
Other than the very strict noise ordinances, the place was relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend for a quiet family or couple, or older adult.

This place is clean, comfortable, and a great place for a couple that also works for a slightly larger group. The pool is close, 20 yards from the back door, and having the rooftop deck is very nice. the neighbors are all super friendly and the location can't be beat.
