Take a step into yesteryear with the retro feel while still enjoying all the modern upgrades of home. Inside you will find sliding glass doors that lead to the multiple outdoor patios, eclectic pop art throughout, and modern white concrete floors. The updated kitchen includes new cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze. The open great room features a wall of glass and two glass sliders that open to the private pool and spa (both can be heated for a fee). Plus, a 50' LCD TV with High Definition Cable TV and a DVD player are available for catching up on the news or watching your favorite movie at your leisure. And any downtime can be spent relaxing on the modern furnishings that overlook the pool.

Perched in the Desert Park Estates area, this home is just north of the Palm Springs International Airport and sits in a great location to experience the best of this desert city. Heading into the hustle and bustle of downtown Palm Springs will be a breeze, as it is just over three miles from your front door. For a bit of hiking, wake up early and beat the heat at Tahquitz Canyon five miles away. Not to mention, the shopping, golfing, and restaurants in town will fill afternoons with fun and tasty bites!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Several things not working when we arrived. BBQ, fire pit, TV's, and the pool wasn't heated (we had requested it to be heated (for an extra charge)). Also, several lightbulbs were burnt out. Frustrating way to begin a vacation. Someone did come by the following afternoon and got things working, but it took until the 3rd day for the pool to be heated.

Loved the midcentury modern decorating, pool, and fire table. The place lacked directions on how to operate everything in the house. Vacasa gave us the wrong passwords to the iPad that operates the pool, spa, heater, lights. TV had 4 accessible channels and no sound system. The lack of directions on controlling the pool and hot had a negative impact on our stay.

The house was nice and clean. Everything was working great. . The pool and jacuzzi were big and comfortable. The pool area had lots of sunshine. The couches and fire pit certainly added a lot to our stay. This house is spotted between Magnificent mountain views. All in all, We had a wonderful stay her! I would definitely consider coming back to this house again!!

The home is great. Customer service is great as well. Only down side was the pool lights didn’t work, the fire pit as well does not work. They did offer to come down to the home to try and fix the issue but we declined. Other than that, it’s an amazing home definitely looking forward to booking this home again.
