Located in the PGA West community, adjacent to the popular Arnold Palmer Golf Course, this single-level condo boasts lake and mountain views. Spend your days in the desert sun at the community pool, just a short walk up the road, then head home and prepare meals on your BBQ grill or in the well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor table offers dining for four with a remote control awning so you can dine alfresco. At the end of the day, relax on the patio with your favorite beverage and watch the amazing desert sunsets. Extra perks include a Pack 'n Play and booster seat for those traveling with little ones, and a triple osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen.

The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is held annually at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, just seven miles away. Bring your clubs as the Coachella Valley has some of the most famous courses around. This rental is also located just four miles from the entrance to the Empire Polo Fields - home of the annual Coachella Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Spend your days in Old Town La Quinta, only four miles away, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and plenty of nightlife.

Things to Know

The community pool and spa is accessible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. The pool is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (during the cooler days), and the spa is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
At least one member of your renting group must be at least 30 years old.
The fireplace is not operational.

Great location and night condo . Just a few disappointments. There was no cooking pans only a pot. Interesting cooking bacon and eggs in a spaghetti bowl . Also it was infected with tiny flying nats. Also master sinks didn’t function correctly

This rental overlooks a pond/lake, is spacious, well equipped, has a wonderful view of the mountains, is located near a pool and the community is very peaceful. We enjoy bringing the kids to this property because you can fish (catch and release) in the area just outside the rental. This keeps them OC for hours.

This is a lovely and very quiet spot in a golf resort community with a nice view of a lake and the hills of La Quinta. Big horn sheep roam the neighborhood like pedestrians and friendly ducks visit their resident neighbors looking for handouts. The property itself had all we were looking for in a peaceful getaway retreat.Truly comfortable overall and a place I’d visit again. A few items that for me would’ve made the stay even nicer:There is no desk or work area, would be great to add a small desk for laptops. The pots and pans are pretty worn and scratched and should be replaced.The kitchen needed more than one kitchen towel so we ended up using bathroom hand towels most of the time.The bathroom towels are also in pretty rough shape and some of them seemed more like cleaning rags; recommend the towels get a refresh and upgrade.Would’ve been nice to stream my own Netflix or Hulu accounts rather than be subject to the local cable subscription. There is a ping pong table in the garage for guests to use. There are also two bikes but a note says, “bikes are for owners only”. Access to bicycles for the guests would’ve been welcomed. Also, the patio furniture cushions should be stored in the garage until guests arrive so they could put them out themselves. When we arrived they were very dusty and dirty and it all had to be cleaned before we could sit on it. Everything else was great: Plenty of extra fans, plenty of towels and spare sheets. Plenty of pillows for the beds and several separate seating areas. A good selection of glassware and utensils.

Nice and clean unit, but the kitchen supplies are nil. Pots and pans are very old and worn out and mismatched silverware make cooking. Very difficult.

Beautiful morning view of the mountains & pond. The unit is exactly as pictured. Everything you need for your stay is there. Well supplied kitchen with soap, garbage bags, cutlery & dining ware. Pots & pans were sufficient. Even salt & pepper & spices in the cupboard. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a dish rags & only 2 small tea towels. So we used the dishwasher instead. Dish rag would be nice to wipe table & counter tops. The sponge provided are not great. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner & blow dryers in each room. We did come across some small bugs in the unit. We did get rid of what we seen. Staying at PGA West course condo was a Nice get away for sure!

A quick three day trip. The house was great however this is the second time we’ve had difficulty with Vacasa and getting a key code that works to the house as well so when we arrived we couldn’t get in we finally had a key in a lock box that let us in and then we decided to just leave the front door locked and go in and out of the garage The second night we were there the garage door opener wouldn’t work and we were totally locked out of the house we did call their 24 hour service and they were able to give us a new key code and we did get in that we’ve had problems with this before with Vacasa The home is beautiful and very well stocked with nice Bettie nice furniture and outdoor patio shades on all the windows and an awning I would definitely stay at the house again

Unit is really nice, well kept and comfortable. Was disappointed on day three when cockroaches showed up in the kitchen and the bathroom. Especially when they say they are covid clean and there's bugs. Otherwise we had a really good stay.

Sometimes there is a surge in bug sightings after a treatment as the bugs are flushed out of their hiding places. This means it's working. Very nice clean and spacious condo with beautiful view of mountains and a big pond right in the backyard. Check in was convenient easy and contact less. Everything you need from dishes, cookware, towels,sheets, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags all provided. We didn't need anything except to bring our own food and drinks. Nice kitchen refrigerator stove dishwasher everything worked good. Large washer dryer worked good except a little water leaked from the bottom of the washer when we did a load of towels. Big double car garage was clean and even had storage racks available. The condo backyard was clean and opened up to pretty pond/lake with ducks. The landscape itself makes for a nice view. Very nice Large walk thru bathroom and spa tub in master bed and private sliding door area. Another nice shower connected to guest bedrm. Both rooms had flat screen tvs with all the movie streaming connected. And very comfortable beds. There were 4 adults and a young child in our group and we enjoyed our weekend stay here. The pools in the community are plentiful and we swam 2 days with the pool to ourselves. First time in the desert, so the very humid 103 degree weather really made us not want to venture outside the cool comfort of the condos AC so glad it worked well during our entire stay. We would rent here again for sure.

Great home and everything was well organized. A bit off the beaten path, if you want to go to downtown Palm Springs, it’s a 40-45 min drive. Not a major deal, just something to consider. Otherwise a very clean home, has everything you need. Be wary there are a lot of bugs outside that like to come in at night. Would definitely stay here again.

This family friendly/pet friendly home was just what were looking for. The floor plan if the home gave it a large feel, where each of our 3 children could have an area to themselves. Grocery/dining options nearby. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of pools to choose from. We had the pool to ourselves for both days of our stay. Would stay here again.

Todd at the main check-in office was very helpful and kind. It took a few extra minutes to get through the PGA security, but Todd with Vacasa was awesome at helping us get checked in.
The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. Highly recommend!
