LIVING AREA

The inviting living area features a Roku TV and a gas fireplace. Kick back and watch a movie or break out the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the modern kitchen, which features upscale appliances like a gas range, French-door fridge, and double oven. Thoughtful extras include a wine fridge, mixer, and coffee maker.

When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table for six or perch at the kitchen bar for four.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with direct patio access.

The primary suite offers a king bed and Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a luxe jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a bench.

A second suite provides a California king bed, Roku TV, and desk. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench.

In the third bedroom, find a queen bed and a Roku TV.

The guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fully gated and dotted with lush vegetation and citrus trees, the enormous patio offers plenty of private space to unwind.

Soak up the sun on a lounger, swim in the long lap pool, or relax in the attached hot tub. A nearby hammock offers a great spot to stretch out with a good book, and an outdoor shower provides added convenience.

As evening falls, cook out on the gas grill and dine alfresco. Then, enjoy an after-dinner drink around the gas firepit.

Parking is available for two cars under the carport. Additional street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This home is nice and spacious, with a large comfortable living room/open floor plan kitchen/dining area. It is located in the heart of Palm Springs, walking distance (about 800 yards) from downtown and many amenities. It is well appointed with nice furniture, and has three nice spacious bedrooms, including a very nice master suite. The pool and adjoining hot tub are very nice and function great. The pool is lined with a nice pebble-tech surfacing, and there`s a great outdoor shower that works well. The backyard has 2 nice seating areas, one of which has a great fire pit. I especially liked the built-in grill area, which has a spacious outdoor couch/seating area good for outdoor meals. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with great appliances and has a lot of seating in the dining area. It`s easy to get around town, and the location is great - centrally located in Palm Springs. The home has three bathrooms for the three bedrooms, making it easy for guests. Overall, this is a great home and is great for a weekend or week-long stay. Would definitely stay there again.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My family loved this house! It was clean, comfortable, had everything you needed for cooking meals, relaxing pool and spa, great decor, awesome beds, and beautiful place to stay with a good feel to the house. We would stay here again, and were sad to leave. Thank you to the owners for creating a lovely space for guests. The only thing we could have used is live tv access. This house had Apple TV, but we don’t have that service. Would be nice to have cable or a live tv streaming service available for all. Bring your fire sticks! We forgot ours and couldn’t access our YouTube TV service. But, we still had a great time!

The home was beautiful and in great condition. My family and I enjoyed playing in the pool and relaxing in the spa. All the essential things needed for preparing meals and basic needs were available.
