As one of the most spacious rental properties in the area, this home was beautifully updated and professionally redecorated with all-new furnishings, beds, bathrooms, flooring, art, and accessories. Enjoy a wonderfully appointed kitchen complete with a 10-burner range and two dishwashers, a game room with a foosball table and a deluxe wet bar, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room where you can gather each evening. There's even great bedroom separation, with five master suites - each with a king-size bed and two with fireplaces - and a sixth king bedroom. Additional sleeping spaces are available, featuring two twin beds.

Outside, the grounds offer one-third of an acre full of green lawn space for yard games, a private swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs, and a pool spa to soothe your tired limbs each evening. Prepare your barbecue favorites on the gas grill, sit down to eat al fresco out back, and accent your meals with fresh grapefruit, oranges, and lemons from the citrus trees (when in season).

This home is located in Movie Colony East, a neighborhood of Palm Springs that's rich in Hollywood history. As you walk or ride your bikes downtown, you'll pass celebrity homes and architectural landmarks at every turn. You'll be less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive, which is lined with downtown's best restaurants, shops, casinos, theaters, and nightlife, and a few blocks northeast of Ruth Hardy Park's public tennis courts. If you're looking to spend a day out and about, you can take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six miles west) or go for a hike in beautiful Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south).

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Went on a trip with 6 couples and it was amazing how quiet, yet spacious the rooms were. Nearly each room had its own bathroom with shower. The backyard had it all! Beautiful pool, bocce ball set, and croquet. Walkable to downtown or a short drive away. The kitchen was well suited for large parties. It had a massive fridge, two dishwashers, 2 stoves, and an abundant amount of glassware/silverware. Would definitely stay again.

The house is actually two homes connected through a family room. There is a suite of 4 rooms on one side and a suite of 3 on the other, which makes it a great place for people to be able to get some quiet time when needed. Some of the appointments (sofa, mattresses) are a bit dated.

The house was spacious. The pool lacked light and a working filter. The garbage disposal did not work. We called and never got a call back. We had to spend time ourselves unclogging a sink on the 1st day. The clog was from guests prior to us. We called again and no call back. The media room lacks sufficient AC. The bedroom sink drained slow. When I called, again, about that… the customer service woman cut me off and had
No sympathy. They never called back. We stayed 4 days :(
