This gated and fenced property features beautiful views of the mountains from both the front and back yards, bedrooms that are situated at opposite ends of the house for privacy, and such whimsical decor as a Shasta trailer on the covered carport for memorable vacation photo-ops. Spend your days relaxing in the private swimming pool and spa (both can be heated for a fee), barbecuing and dining outdoors, and watching incredible sunsets.

This home is ideally located for walking or cycling around the level streets of Palm Springs, well away from any busy roads and just a mile east of the heart of downtown. You'll be within walking distance of the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and the many restaurants, shops, galleries, and theaters that line Palm Canyon Drive. Bring along your golf clubs and tee off at one of the more than 100 courses that populate the surrounding area, or take a ride up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway seven miles west.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We liked that we could walk to downtown loop if not too hot, and quick, inexpensive rideshare if too hot. We liked the classy decor, perfectly stocked kitchen and amazing pool.

Reasonably spacious house in a good location. Very clean and well equipped (dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.), but the furniture is not terribly comfortable or attractive. The pool is terrific -- a 50 foot lap pool in great condition -- but there's a very high charge to heat it. The pool pump is right next to the main bedroom, and it runs constantly and makes a very loud noise all night. The outdoor "rooms" and furnishings, and the hot tub, are great.

I loved that you could close the gate and be closed off from the world in this cute, quirky, refined space. The pool was great, but the fountain was on a timer, so not sure when it was going to be on. The hot tub was never hot, so that was a bummer, but otherwise, everything was really comfortable and nice to retreat to in the desert.

Ms B Haven was the perfect spot for our two little boys and us. Clean, well equipped, and private this home is conveniently located in the Hollywood district. A doorbell sound chimes whenever the door to the pool is opened so we had piece of mind knowing our two and three year olds weren’t sneaking out without an adult. The home is also gated so any front door escapes were safe from the quiet street. We will definitely be back.

This home was very inviting and in a great location. We were 5-10mins from everything and offered a very quiet week. The outdoor area was perfect and where we spent most of our time. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Can't wait to visit Palm Springs again soon.

A really cute spot, well located, and perfectly stocked with everything you need for a great getaway. Check-in was super easy (if remote) and the management team called a few times to make sure everything was ok. You could easily spend a week here as your Palm Springs getaway. Make sure you notice that there is no live TV, just a roku and sling. That shouldn`t matter on your vacation, but it might if you`re visiting during NFL playoff weekend.

Great house!!! Super cute and clean. The communication was excellent and we were very impressed by how stocked the kitchen was. We were able to cook anything we wanted and truly enjoy the hose and our vacation. We would definitely go back!

The home was the perfect place for our yearly couples retreat trip. The home is beautiful and well-kept. The pool and outdoor living spaces are wonderful for lounging in the sunny afternoons. We enjoyed being able to visit Joshua Tree National Park in the morning and returning to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. We`ll definitely be booking this house again in the future!
