ABOUT THE HOUSE

Your quiet and secluded Palm Springs home was made for outdoor leisure. Sit and relax on the patio with cushioned seating for six, or recline in a chaise lounge with a good book in hand. Take a refreshing dip in the pool with a waterfall, or enjoy a leisurely soak in the outdoor spa -- both are controlled remotely.

Rinse off for dinner in the outdoor shower, and fire up the grill to prepare a family barbeque. In the evenings, gather around the gas firepit with six Adirondack chairs.

After soaking up the sun in your yard, head inside and relax in the living area. The sofa and armchairs offer seating for five, and the 65in TV is mounted above an electric fireplace.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar for three, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and gas range. Savor your home cooking at the glass dining table set for six.

At night, sleep comfortably in three bedrooms, all with modern furnishings. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and boasts direct access to the deck as well as its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In the second bedroom, watch your favorite shows on the 50in TV and drift to sleep in a luxurious king bed. Sliding glass doors afford direct access to the patio.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed and large windows.

Around the corner, the guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house on Blondo. It was a little smaller than I imagined but it worked out with everyone. The only negative was we struggled with the very old code entry accesss. 3 lawyers and 1 research doc and we really had a tough time. We were able to use a key instead, thanks to a very helpful person on the telephone late one night. Once we starting using the key we continued to have a hard time getting the key out of the lock. Our suggestion is to update an user friendly access, maybe just a key that works Thank you again and yes, we would for sure stay there again. See you then!!!!

Clean house that is comfortable and stylish. The backyard is paradise to sit in the sun, swim in the pool, it is private and completely fenced in, even for super small dogs. Beautifully clean house, stylish decoration and furniture. The pool and hot tub were heaven, and there is good sun shading for sitting outside during the heat of the day. Great A/C too. Kitchen is one of the best stocked of any Air Bnb I`ve stayed in. This is an amazing vacation home rental in Palm Springs. The modern style home is impeccably decorated with each room having style and charm. The kitchen amenities are top notch with appliances and accessories new and in beautiful condition. The pool may look small from the photos but in fact is the perfect size for lounging, swimming or just sitting on the edge and relaxing. The waterfall is a nice feature and adds to the ambiance. The outdoor space is ample and offers plenty of options for entertaining and relaxing. The beds are super comfortable and linens for both bed and bath are in wonderful condition. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and the awesome furniture in new and mint condition. We especially loved the privacy of the home. It is also located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property description is completely accurate. The local contact through the rental company was kind and helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic house rental experience in Palm Springs.
Activities - we enjoyed the offroad quad experience. Adventurous and fun riding ATV`s in the sand dunes. The Escape Room was a fun activity to do if you are looking for something indoors. The Tram is always enjoyable especially hiking around at the top to places like Hidden Lake.
LaBonita`s was a great hole in the wall restaurant for yummy mexican food and giant burritos and Thai Smile made an excellent Vodka Martini! Be sure to get a gourmet ice cream shake at The Great Shake!This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great house. All amenities were new and barely used. Well decorated. Pool was heated and fire pit was a huge plus. Substantial seating. Would have been nice to have 6 outdoor chaise lounge chairs vs. 4. Listing claimed we had access to a 1 car garage but it was not available. Had to call Turnkey to give us access to the washer and dryer which was a bit inconvenient but they were very responsive. Also would have been nice to have a bigger dining table. we were able to add chairs to fit 6 people but it was a bit tight.
