The view from this property was AMAZING! My fiance and I loved the aestehic of the property. The colors of the paint and furniture elevated the interior. The film festival posters in the house was a pleasent surprise, especially being I'm an actor during this crazy time in the t.v. and film industry. It was a comforting touch to say the least. We were also delighted to find out all the kitchen cabinets had labels, it made finding certain things easy. My ultimate favorite part of the house was the gas grill and the front patio table with the umbrella setup. The grill was definitely the icing on the cake along with the pool, jacuzzi and fire pit in the back.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we'll continue to return as long as it's available. So relaxing to just sit in the pool. Close to a ton of great food options. We've also visited Joshua Tree National Park each time, which we would highly recommend.

Home had almost all things you would want in a vacation home in the desert.
Other than one of the bedrooms which only had a floor lamp which we were unable to turn on, making the room dark at night, everything functioned well, providing a great overall experience. The house layout is good with private patios in the front and back. The small dipping pool and hot tub were nice. The place is kept clean with the exception that both bathrooms had ants. The location is pretty good, on a quiet street under 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs. The mattresses were comfortable and the towels were good (though the sheets were not). Turnkey was very responsive and did their best to make us comfortable. Now, to the downside:
MASTER BEDROOM: There are no blackout shades nor curtains in this east facing bedroom, so you are blasted with direct sun at dawn; no drawers only cloth storage shelves hanging from closet rods; no rugs.
MASTER BATH The step down shower tiles are slippery
GUEST BEDROOM there is no way to turn on a light as you enter so to have light in the room you need a cell phone as you walk across a dark room to reach the only lamp in the room. There are no bedside lamps,no dresser only cloth storage shelves hanging from the closet rods, no rugs
GUEST BATH There is only one towel bar which kept falling off of the wall. There are no other hooks or towel rings so there is no place to hang face towels, a second bath towel, bath mat or clothing. The shower floor is made of glazed tiles.
LIVING RM - Not much comfortable seating, no end tables, no reading lamps, no rug. Screen doors are old with holes in lost WiFi intermittently, no cable.
KITCHEN - most everything you’d want except only 6 sets of dishes, flatwear; no recycling bin.
OUTSIDE: Furniture and pavers need TLC. Need motion sensitive light in courtyard between garage & front door.

This has to be one the best places I`ve ever stayed. The location was amazing, not far from anything and really close to a lot of attractions. The space is large and luxurious, and surprisingly private for a townhouse! The pool and spa were easy to use, well maintained, and came in clutch during an unprecedented February heat wave. This is our second time staying here. It`s perfect for the two of us. I love the property. It`s almost like your own little compound. I love the different outdoor areas which is where we spend 90% of our time. The pool gets sun all day until 4 or 5 p.m. but there`s also awnings that bring shade if you don`t want to be directly in the sun. We`ve never heard any neighbors either times we`ve stayed and we stay a week at a time (except a dog bark maybe two times while outside). It`s close enough to a grocery store and what I call the downtown strip but far enough from the hustle & bustle which is what we prefer. I always bring items from home no matter where we stay but this place has plenty of what you need (bedding, kitchenware, toiletries, etc). The pictures are pretty much spot on except for the new leather couch with loungers. The management company was very attentive via text & email to make sure all was well. Overall, the experience was great. The house is modern, comfortable, and has plenty of space for 3-4 adults. The property is on a quiet street and is close enough by an Uber or car to get anywhere you need to go. The hot tub and firepit were both great for cool Fall nights. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures but is still fun, and can be heated. Feedback includes: while the TurnKey customer service was attentive and responsive to us, they do not have the answers to everything as they are not the owners of the property. We had a couple questions that TurnKey was unable to answer for us, so that was a bit frustrating. Also, there was an ant problem that we were not warned about prior to our visit and consequently all food left out on the counters (in boxes!) was ruined. This house is beautiful and spacious with pretty much everything a person could want: tons of linens and kitchen utensils, dining space, a huge TV, comfortable beds, natural light, lots of different types of outdoor relaxation spaces, and of course a gorgeous pool. A few things I wish I`d known before arriving:
1. There are only three beach towels on the premises, so you should bring beach towels if you want more than that, but they`ve got tons of pool floats and accessories in the garage, so no need to bring those.
2. The community pool is literally RIGHT behind the back yard, just steps away. Extremely convenient and it was empty almost the whole time we were there.
3. Both bedrooms are beautiful, but one is definitely `the master` so if you`re going with two people or two couples splitting the cost of the rental, you might want to take into consideration that one person or couple could pay a little more for the larger room, huge in-ground tub and shower, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and superior outdoor space.
4. The fire pit is gorgeous, but Palm Springs does get very windy, especially at night, and it becomes too dangerous to use the pit. We brought things to make s`mores and unfortunately were never able to make them as it was too risky that the fire would blow onto furniture or us.

We loved this house - it was visually stunning but also super comfy. All the facilities were modern and every possible need was catered for. I loved the keyless entry too - so much safer and easier. The only downside is that it`s a bit too far to walk in to town.
