ABOUT THE CONDO

Sunshine brightens the inviting open-concept living space, where soaring ceilings and mirrored walls reflect the ample natural light. Relax on the sofas and armchairs and watch shows on the 42in TV.

Whip up home-cooked meals in the updated kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry stocked with everything you'll need. A chandelier illuminates a glass-top table for six.

Step out to the beautiful patio on the green and prepare a barbecue on the built-in gas grill. Dine alfresco and enjoy mountain views.

After relaxing vacation days at the pool, spa, or golf course, unwind in one of three comfortable bedrooms.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, private patio access, two closets, and a 32in TV. The en-suite bath has a dual sink, water closet, and shower/tub combination.

Guests in the second bedroom will find two twin beds, a 32in TV, and a soothing neutral color palette.

The third bedroom features a king bed, sleek black furnishings, a mirrored closet, and a bath with a shower. The third full bath has a walk-in shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and washer/dryer access are provided. Parking for two vehicles in the garage, and two in the driveway.

The instructions for the living room TV were incorrect. But a service person arrived quickly and offered to rewrite the instructions.
Main front door key pad was difficult to use. Didn’t work 80% of the time.

We had a great relaxing time!! The place was big and the accommodations were great. Friendly (Turnkey Personnel) staff services that really cared and check up to see if everting was good. The utensils in the house were more then adequate. Amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath La Quinta escape. The pictures do not capture the beauty of this home. Fully stocked kitchen, the space is huge! Slider goes directly out to the grill overlookng the 12 th hole on the community course. This condo is quite nicely decorated and has been upgraded. Very comfortable and has all the necessities you need to have a great stay. The view this home has is truly gorgeous. The only slight is negative is the traffic noise from Ave. 54. But then so your busy enjoying the view and the home you don’t really notice it.
