Step through the sliding glass doors each morning to take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool (heated for a fee), rest your tired muscles in the attached spillover spa, and ready yourself for a beautiful day of golfing, shopping, and sightseeing. Come home in the afternoons to light the gas grill, dine in the midst of mature palms and fruit trees, and watch the lights of the Palm Springs Aerial Tram climb the slopes of Mt. San Jacinto.

WHAT’S NEARBY

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Palm Springs, a mile and a half east of the heart of downtown. Palm Canyon Drive, the main village thoroughfare that's lined with renowned restaurants, boutiques, theaters, art galleries, and various forms of nightlife, is within walking or biking distance, as are the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino. If you're looking for a glorious view of the desert, be sure to take a ride up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway yourself, just eight miles west.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We headed to Palm Springs to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary with the family, the house and pool were the reason we booked it. But when we went outside to see the pool, we were instantly disappointed. The pool was filthy. We immediately called the office and were told that the pool was cleaned Friday but we arrived Saturday and either the pool guy was in a hurry or no one showed up. We were told that they would send someone out the next day. Mind you, we were celebrating, the weather was hot and we paid for a house with a pool. I guess we didn't emphasize A CLEAN POOL. After going back and forth, they wanted us to send pictures which we did and they said it was OK for us to get into the pool. IT WAS GROSS! WE CLEANED as much as we could with what we could find. So out of the 4 days that we stayed we were only able to get into the pool 1 DAY. Tuesday we checked out at 10am so no pool time .

The house is very nice and clean. The backyard and pool were awesome! Palm Springs in July was as expected so hot, so we spent a good share of our time in the pool. It was the best. The home is in a guiet relaxing neighborhood, but close to downtown and stores. Check-in and out were so easy and the guest service representatives were polite and very responsive. We would definitely rent this location again.

We had a very nice stay in this home. It was very clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable . The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need. The pool was private and great for relaxing and cooling off. There were plenty of pool towels and floaties to use which was nice . There were also 2 bikes to ride if you wanted too. Would definitely rent this home again.

The home was very comfortable and everything worked. Although we hit 122 degrees outside the house stayed a comfortable 78. I hesitate to say too many great things about this house because its availability is already limited (we had to choose a different house for our next visit)great backyard for our dogs
