This home is well suited for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway, located in a quiet neighborhood in South Palm Springs and just minutes away from downtown. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This is a totally mid century Palm Springs style house. It's spacious, comfortable and the location is great. On a quiet cul de sac, close to downtown. Nice views from the pool area which has plenty of relaxing space in the sun as well as the shade.

This house is definitely a period piece. After losing our rental when an owner backed out, Vacasa hooked us up with The Oscar Mayer House. Set in a quiet, neat neighborhood, the three bedrooms, three bathrooms were perfect for our needs. Our favorite part was the pool and the views from it. The floaties provided made for lovely afternoon relaxation. When a small issue arose, we especially appreciated the help we got from the Vacasa Palm Springs office. (R and M).

We had the best time. The house was so clean and immaculate when we got there. Backyard was where we spent most of our time. Amazing pool and very private. Vacasa was super easy to work with and check in was seamless. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing location on a quiet cul-de-sac. House is classic Palm Springs mid-century with a great backyard and mountain views. The home itself is a bit dated and could use some refreshing. A lot of things were not in optimal shape upon arrival (water damage in bathroom, broken light fixtures, many light switches that did not work, etc.). The pool seemingly does not have a reverse pump and gets very hot from the sun. Overall, the location and value are optimal and we enjoyed our stay in the hot sun.

We completely enjoyed our stay at the home and loved that it had 3 bedrooms with three full bathrooms. We had the pool heated for our stay and enjoyed it the entire time we were there. The back yard was very private. Didn’t realize that there is a difference between a spa and hot tub. This home doesn’t have a hot tub. The home was located in a very nice neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The home was comfortable and located close to town. I would definitely recommend.

This is our 12th winter at the OM House so we know it rather well! It's a spacious mid century, light and bright house that is both welcoming and comfortable. On a cul de sac in a later day Hollywood star neighborhood it is quiet, with good poolside views of the nearby mountains and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. We appreciate the architect's understanding of the PS climate. He designed both shady and sunny areas by the pool area and recessed nearly all glass walls and windows under overhanging covers to keep the house comfortably removed from the direct sun. Check out the pictures online and you'll see what I mean. The layout of the house is great too. There's a master and large bath plus guest room and it's own bath on one side and a second king size bedroom and bath on the other. And yes the laundry room is huge with an outside door to a clothes line. How mid century is that? A circular drive and two car garage and that's the Oscar Mayer House. We love it!

This is a great house in a really nice neighborhood. A lot of space in the house - great communal areas and nice private rooms. You can`t beat this location in Palm Springs - you are close to everything. We had some issues heating the pool, but it was a very cold weekend and the hosts were very responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Everything about this property lets you know you`re in Palm Springs. Large rooms open ontothe pool area which has plenty of sun and equally important, ever present shade. Great neighborhood with lots of movie star`s homes. Quiet, friendly and not windy! Our sixth timehere and it just gets better each year.
