Information and timing re check-in were unclear (Palm Springs versus Video).Ended up being called when we were in the car en route.Only one key provided. We had to make another at our expense.No information document for suite, complex, or area was available.Had to call for gate codes.Suite very good.Spacious, comfortable, good bed, AC/heat good, excellent location.Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking;, i.e. oven pan did not fit into the oven.

Location was fantastic grounds were great! Master bed was comfortable. The bathroom, kitchen and appliances were ancient and the bed in the shared room was very loud. Disturbed the sleepers.

The condo was well equipped and located in a pretty setting. There was a nice balcony with a dining table and a large grass area for children to play in with volley ball nets. The beds could be more comfortable and the leaf blowers at the neighboring resort at 6 am were not appreciated.

Great location!!! Very Clean. Adequately supplied. Consensus of all of us who stayed, "enjoyed it". Only suggestions: Improve the shower handle in guest bathroom and change out the box spring on the guest bed, extremely noisy, sounds broken, awakened every time I moved in my sleep. Mattress itself was very comfortable.

We were delighted with our top floor privacy and proximity to the iconic Shadow Mountain figure eight swimming pool. The poolside diner served up a terrific brunch. The '46 cocktail kept us cool in the warm sunshine. Ice was unlimited and close by. The lawns and gardens are beautifully maintained. Great value. Three blocks from El Pasao restaurants and shopping. We will return.

This is a spacious, comfortable, functional apartment with good AC, a sufficiently equipped kitchen, a large dining table (which served me well as a desk) and a nice community pool, large enough to swim laps. On the downside, there's not much curb appeal here, the shower didn't work in the master bath, and the bathroom counters are very low, causing a challenge for tall people like me.

My girlfriend and I booked this place to spend a couple of nights with her sister and brother-in-law who were visiting from New York and had never been to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. The condo is located in a gated community and is on the second floor with a great wraparound balcony. It is walking distance to the El Paseo shopping area and a mike away from the Living Desert Zoo. It was very clean and well equipped. Very close to the pool. It was the perfect place for our desert getaway and we will be back!
