Sliding glass doors open to a beautiful balcony where you'll find a gas grill and a table for outdoor meals at sunset. The two bedrooms both have flatscreen TVs and en suite bathrooms; one has access to the balcony as well.

This was a very easy process and thorough from booking, checking in to checking out. This has had all of the amenities needed and was very comfortable for our duration of time in Palm Springs. The resort was very easy to get in and out of as well as great location within town. Would definitely recommend and look to stay there in the future visits as well!

Couldn't eat drink or have anything in home or would be covered in ants. Even garbag had to be kept outside

I was surprised at the level of kitchen amenities, blender, toaster oven, spices, and cookware. There was also plenty of bathroom supplies (including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) and several towels and pool towels! We were very happy with this condo and we have rented in this complex several times in the past.

For the price paid, this unit was a great value - it was clean, furniture in good shape, lots of kitchen pots, pans, etc. and the property overall was very nice, parking was easy as was gate access, and the location was very central to all activities. We’ve paid a lot more for alot less at other properties. Vacasa was great too, very communicative before, during and after our stay.

The unit was in a great location for golfing in Palm Desert and dinners in downtown Palm Springs. It was very clean upon arrival and the wifi worked well. We appreciate the quick replacement for a coffee pot that wouldn't work and the quick response when we blew a fuse. We would stay here again!

The management of this property was terrible. I requested some kind of refund or compensation, but no one has reached out. First, my personal email was put on some strangers reservation who was also staying in Palm Springs, Caroline. I got emails about her reservation and could see information about it. Totally unacceptable- not only was data and personal information shared, but this could have been dangerous. Additionally, when I arrived, no one mentioned the gate code- the gate didn't work. I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I waited on hold and on the phone for 30 minutes until someone came out and manually opened the gate. Then, at the house the key code was not correct to get into the home. Again another 30 minutes of calling. The local agent said she "reset" the code, but the lock on this house is not a remote access start lock, so Im not sure what she was resetting. This is the same lock I have on my home. (I was given a super long code and the code on this condo needed to be 4 digits) I was told to open the back up key in the lock box- which I did- and it was empty. Finally after one hour of being on the phone we got the right code. I absolutely want some kind of compensation for this, it was the worst experience I've ever had at a Vrbo/Airbnb.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great place in Palm Springs! The place was clean, spacious and had nearly everything you needed for a vacation stay. We appreciated all the extra towels, linen and quiet, peaceful gated neighborhood feel. One issue we had was there was no coffee grinder as listed on the listing. I informed the vacasa Palm Springs office and the issue was promptly resolved the next day when they bought us a brand new coffee grinder to our doorstep. Great service regarding this issue!The only thing that’s making me give this stay a 3/5 stars is the gate issue we had daily during our stay. We came back every night after midnight to the place which had a gate in front and the keycards they provided was not working. We tried using the buzzer and speak with an operator but there was no answer. Seemed like almost everyone renting and staying at this area had issues with access and the gate opening daily. I reached out to guest services and the Palm Springs office and they said that they were looking into issue with no follow up. We had to wait 15 mins every night to enter the neighborhood for someone who had a working key card. Really disappointed with this issue because not having access to our stay really was a big issue and no one followed up with a resolution.
