This place is designed well with beautiful furnishings and the owners are very thoughtful in all of the various amenities provided. We really enjoyed this place and look forward to renting it again.

Clean and decorated lovely. Quiet, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, gorgeous views, everything was great. We'll definitely stay here again. We are very happy (and I'm picky). One issue I have is that you can't check in early (had to wait until 4:00) and you have to check out at 10:00 a.m. That's not cool. The house was empty, there was no reason that Vacasa can't be more flexible. But the house is fantastic! Highly recommended.

We stayed at this beautiful home in La Quinta for a weekend getaway with our twin babies. We were greeted with a welcoming home with decor that my wife was in awe of. The home is short walking distance to PGA West Stadium Course - we had an epic round of golf! We also enjoyed a lovely dip in their serene pool with an updated clubhouse. The hosts were highly communicative and very friendly. We will be back!!!!

We stayed at the home located at 80131 Whisper Rock Way, La Quinta, CA. 92253 from Aug 4th thru Aug 7th, 2023. The home is brand new and very well decorated. At times it felt like we never left our own home. Very comfortable and cozy. Amenities are abundant with 2-car garage, washer/dryer, gas stove with all cooking utensils and appliances just to name a few. All brand new and in working order. The house has a master bedroom with large walk-in shower and closet. It also has a spare bedroom and a loft upstairs with a pull-down Murphy bed. Outside there is nice patio furniture and an outdoor cooking grill. There is also a putting green, which will get you warmed up to play the Stadium Course at PGA West, which is located next to the development. The house is located within the PGA West development and is a gated community. You are given a bar coded card that is scanned every time you return to the front gate. The community is very quiet, especially at night. all of the grounds in and around the house are perfectly manicured. My wife commented several times that she felt like we were in Cabo with all of the palm trees and resort like feel. Shopping and restaurants are located 15 minutes from the house by car. Good idea to have air-conditioned transportation, since it is desert. One recommendation is the Cliff House at La Quinta. The food was delicious, and service was impeccable. You can also go food shopping and prepare your own meals and enjoy a glass of wine in the terrace, which is what we did. Overall, a Five-Star experience at The Palms House. The place was clean and well prepared for our stay. Everything is provided, from cooking essentials, spices, towels and washer/dryer. It was great to have access to the garage as well, it was convenient for loading and unloading of our bags. Both bedrooms were downstairs which was convenient, and the loft upstairs can serve as a third room with a bed and plenty of privacy, although we did not need to use it, I thought it was adorable. Everything was new and tidy and I believe the owners put a lot of thought into the small things and it really just made us feel at home during our stay. We didn’t get much use of the outside patio, it was too warm, but it was still very clean and organized. Would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for hosting us, we really loved it!
