The well-equipped, gourmet island kitchen is equipped with almost every conceivable appliance and utensil to help make cooking at home a breeze. Take advantage of the top-of-the-line appliances here including a 48' refrigerator, two dishwashers, a six-burner stove with a griddle, a stove-top pot filler, and a wine cooler. The great room boasts two living areas surrounding a massive stone fireplace as the centerpiece.

Step outside to the sparkling saline pool and pool spa featuring covered, shaded areas, three outdoor dining tables, a stainless steel grill, beautiful gardens, and a large grassy area for the kids and the family dogs to enjoy, all within view of the surrounding mountains. And with seven spectacular bedrooms (and six ensuite baths) including three with king-size beds, four with queens, and one double, you and your guests will have your choice of bedding options for when it's time to turn in for the night. The bedrooms also include a variety of high-end features including large, flatscreen TVs, separate seating areas, and pool and mountain views.

This gorgeous, luxury estate is located in a very desirable south Palm Springs neighborhood in the heart of a great walking neighborhood. Take a short drive into downtown where you'll discover superb restaurants, unique shops, and incredible art galleries. Make your way to famed Palm Canyon Drive to find even more restaurants and exciting attractions that every guest is sure to enjoy. Wake up early, grab a latte from Koffi South Palm Springs less than a half-mile from your door, and beat the heat with a morning hike along the various trails in the foothills. Or plan a memorable day trip west to Joshua Tree National Park!

This home has easy access for guests with limited mobility.
The utility deposit covers the cost of utilities used during the stay. The utility deposit requirement applies to all homes where a guest stays 'monthly' (28 nights or longer). The utility deposit for homes with a private pool is $2,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The house was lovely. Tons of room for our group of 11 to spread out. Pool and hot tub were great especially with the views of the mountain. Close to town and airport via car. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and when we didn't have a coffee grinder they delivered one within the hour. Also we were there during citrus season and they had an orange, lemon and grapefruit tree that were delicious.

Great location! Beautiful house! Very clean! Spacious! Meticulous landscaping! Amazing pool! Very strict noise ordnance/policy.No music outside which is a shame. Kitchen is well stocked. No napkins, paper towel, or Kleenex. Pool towels at the house. Lots of TVs.

The home was fantastic! It was just perfect for our girls weekend. We all had our own room, as well as plenty of group spaces for gathering together. The kitchen was large enough to all be cooking at the same time. The only draw back, which isn’t a house rule, but a Palm Springs thing is the no music outside rule! They had signs everywhere! If we were to come back to Palm Springs, we’d definitely stay here again.

It is all available at the PS Perfection. The perfect house for a family gathering and celebrating. The kitchen is ideal for those that like to cook or others that prefer to have food catered. The rooms/bedrooms/baths are generous in size and have updated appointments. The grounds and pool sit in the center to create a mini oasis. Add to that the peaceful mountain backdrop and together it is perfection! High marks to VACASA for critical communication, a fully ready house, expediting entry and exit. Only negative: No Music-There should be a defined time range so guests can celebrate in a reasonable fashion without infringing on others.

This was the most incredible home. Such an oasis and accommodated our large group with plenty of space and everyone had their own areas of the home. I hope to be back in the future! Highly highly recommend. The managers of the home were also so communicative and accommodating. This house was an absolute dream.
