With its clean lines, open living spaces, and ample natural light, this five-bedroom home provides a wondrous desert escape near the very heart of Palm Springs. Step inside the 3,500-square-foot living space to find walls of glass that overlook the swimming pool and spa in the private courtyard, as well as lovely furnishings from Knoll, Herman Miller, George Nelson, and Design Within Reach. You'll have double ovens to assist in preparing meals with friends and family, plentiful counterspace where you can lay out hors d'oeuvres, a Ping-Pong table for at-home tournaments, and five private bedrooms where you can retreat each evening. The master suite offers a king-size bed, a luxurious jetted bathtub, and its own private patio. There are also three queen bedrooms (two of which are poolside) and one comfortable room with two twin beds.

WHAT’S NEARBY

This home is located in the Ruth Hardy Park neighborhood of Palm Springs, where it sits within easy walking or biking distance of downtown and a number of celebrity homes and architectural attractions. Palm Canyon Drive - which is lined with great restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife - is less than a mile west. When you're not out on the town, you can tour the Palm Springs Art Museum (two miles southwest), take a beautiful hike in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) or Indian Canyons (six miles south), or hitch a ride on the scenic Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six miles west).

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The house was filthy. Pool disgusting and pool toys unusable. I walked across the floor with bare feet inside and they were black. The door frames were coming off their hinges. Several odd steps in the house and around the pool were tricky for older people in my party. Plans outside were not trimmed back and spiny. This house was offered to us as a relocation and it was terrible - never again!

It was big. That’s the only positive. Pool didn’t heat. Fireplace didn’t work. Ceiling fans were filthy and caked with dirt which flew off when the fans were started. The garbage disposal blew up. A bathroom sink is falling out of vanity. Kitchen cabinets are broken and some can’t be opened. Tile floor is crumbling in places. I would never stay at this place again. It was not worth the price.

It was a wonderful stay. Very clean and spacious. I will definitely recommend you stay here. The only hiccup we had was the pool heating I really wished it was heated before we got there but other than that everyone had a great time.

From check-in through check-out, we had a great stay and experience. The rental was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was a perfect space to enjoy friends and family on a relaxing weekend. The pool and hot tub heater did not work the first day of our rental. When we called and brought it to the staff`s attention, it was promptly fixed and worked well thereafter. We enjoyed the great times in the kitchen, living room, and pool talking and laughing.

The house is in the middle of town yet the layout and foliage keep you feeling like you`ve gone away far from everything. We went with several friends and all felt like we were alone out in the middle of nowhere, until we wanted to go out to dinner, then restaurants were close and convenient.

Good layout for a big group/family. The house was well stocked with various amenities, clean, well kept. A nice open living space and good size rooms. The house was perfect! We had a total of 11 girls that stayed at the house. We comfortably fit two girls per room, two girls on the pull out couch, and the bride with the master bedroom to herself. I wouldn`t recommend anymore than 12 people as the ad says. The pool was perfect size. We had brought a few of our own floats for the pool. The house came with two lounge pool floats too. There were plenty of outdoor lounge chairs, and space to just lay in the sun if you weren`t wanting to wade in the water the whole time. The sound system for music worked great and had an aux hook up to connect your phone or mp3 to. Be sure to bring your own aux cord too. The kitchen was fully stocked as far as cooking utensils, from plates and forks, to pots and pans. I didn`t need to run out and grab anything! They had so many serving dishes to help our saturday night dinner look extra special, and make our brunches look fancy as well. We were all able to eat together at the dinning table, and they had extra chairs available for everyone to be able to fit, so no one was left out. They had lots of towels, extra linens, etc. The house was lacking in not one thing. We all mainly congregated in the game area where the ping-pong table was located and that`s where we played our typical bachelorette party games and more. We tried to be good house guests and clean up a bit, and I had called the 800 number to ask what we needed to clean up, and Bunnie told me nothing! To stop what I was doing, and to leave it to their crew. We again, still wanted to be courteous, so besides filling the dishwasher with our dirty dishes as we were originally instructed from booking, we also cleaned a small bit so we didn`t leave it too messy for the crew. Every girl fell in love with the house and were extremely sad as we were leaving. The bride had a blast, and I will tell friends and family about this home too definitely!

The house was convenient to the convention center and downtown. It was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the security alarm was still activated and that did give us a scare, but I immediately called the office and was given the code to shut it off and an apology.
