Built in 1949, this Palm Springs home is located in the very desirable Deepwell Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs offering easy access to the best attractions. A morning hike at Tahquitz Canyon (one mile west) is always a good idea. Plus, simply walking over to Koffi South Palm Springs for a fresh cup of coffee will be a treat. If you don't feel like cooking, this city is known for its delicious restaurants, so don't hesitate to venture out and grab a bite to eat along the famed Palm Canyon Drive at Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

A perfect getaway. We stayed 2 weeks and had different family stay with us throughout our stay. The extra sheets provided allowed us to freshen the guest rooms up between stays! I am just coming out of surgery and chemo so I was able to get a redo of the summer I missed. The backyard set up is wonderful and the awning that rolls out make the patio cool and shades the pool. My brother loved the grill. My sister and cousin loved the fire pit. My husband loved the tv and living room to do some work. I loved pool!!! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need. Everyone loved the ambiance and said I should book it again next year!!!

What a beautiful place, so nice! The pool is amazing and loved the covered patio, if you needed to get out of the sun you were still part of the group. The outdoor furniture was nice and comfortable and the fire pit is a bonus! We spent most of our time outside, so relaxing. The house pretty much had everything you needed. A non-stick fry pan would be nice but other than that absolutely no complaints.

Good location and comfy furniture. Pool and spa were very cold. We didn’t think we needed to pay the additional cost to heat the pool as temperature was in the 90’s. Go ahead and splurge on the extra cost!

This home had everything we needed, except a working refrigerator upon arrival. We checked in on Saturday evening, and after several calls to the property manager it wasn't until Sunday night that someone arrived to take a look at the refrigerator. The service person, Chris, did everything he could for us to get a working refrigerator quickly. They had one at their storage warehouse that he brought over, but we couldn't plug it in until Monday night because he needed to lay the refrigerator flat in his truck to get it to the house and the freon needed to settle. When you plan on cooking your meals while on vacation, not having a working refrigerator for the first couple of days really puts a damper on things. The most frustrating thing about dealing with the broken refrigerator was the lack of communication between the people working for the property management company. Each time I called, I spoke with someone different and it seemed like no one was communicating with each other to resolve the issue. One person would tell me a work request was put in, then another person would tell me no work request was put in.

Once the refrigerator issue was taken care of, we had a splendid time relaxing at the house, swimming, and exploring Palm Springs. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a nice vacation. Overall, I would recommend this home for your Palm Springs get away, but beware dealing with the property management company may be a frustrating experience.

The property exceeded expectations. It was beautifully decorated, clean and felt homely. The pool was impeccable, so much so, we spent all day and night in it. We had an amazing time and were deeply saddened when we had to leave on our last day. The property was also central to everything, including stores and restaurants, which was a definite plus. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful experience vacationing at this midcentury home in Palm Springs. The backyard pool area was a big hit for everyone! Dad grilled the burgers and chicken as the kids put their phones away and got into the pool. I sat under the patio cover with Grandma and we both enjoyed a large glass of wine as we watched the next generation play under the sunny blue skies of Palm Springs. We`ll definitely be bringing the kids back again soon to play. Thanks for providing us with a memorable vacation.
