This is not a kid friendly home. Check in and out was easy. But there is no shade outside for anyone. Outdoor space is not very inviting. The flooring throughout the house is very slippery. Staff was very helpful when we needed to call them. Only 2 bowls as well. Otherwise kitchen was stocked very well. No high chair which was a terrible mess with a 9 month old. Fountain was not working in the main courtyard. Could have used some flowers and furniture. Living room could you a better lay out and couch. It’s great for more of a party crowd.

It was a great walkable location to Coachella venue. We were able to enjoy the pool and bbq grill during the day, which was really nice. However, the cleaning service can be improved - some of the towels didn’t seem clean and there were some dead flies on the floor. Also, they didn’t have a trash bin outside for us to take the trash out on the designated day. I called the customer service for a help but it was not very helpful. We ended up just taking the trash bags out without the bin. We couldn’t lower the AC as tempt was already set. Good thing we were able to turn on the fans in the ceiling. Overall, the house was spacious and big enough for 10 people. I’d recommend for people who are looking for a walkable location for a big group during Coachella weekend.

Perfect house for our family to get together for the long weekend. Pool was great, wonderful grass area right off the back off the house. Kids loved their own room, playing musical beds with all the options. Team was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had.

The house was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the place without anybody bothering us with unrealistic and unreasonable rules. I love the Casita. This place was perfect in all aspects and I cannot wait to visit it again.
