Despite the serenity of the setting, you'll be only half a mile west of Palm Canyon Drive, which is home to downtown Palm Springs' incredible restaurants, boutiques, antique stores, casinos, theaters, and other forms of entertainment. If you opt to venture out for the day, you can tee off at one of the dozens of world-class golf courses in the area, go hiking in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) or Indian Canyons (six miles south), or even take a drive to Joshua Tree National Park (38 miles northeast).

THINGS TO KNOW

Due to the sharp edges and glass doors and counters, this home is not suitable for children.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

House is clean and beautiful. Everything was perfect. Only concern I had was fire pit- insertion for key to turn gas on and off was very close to in the ground pit and was dangerous for turning gas on and off. Had to be creative to avoid injury

We were lucky to call this beautiful house "home" for a month! Everything about it is perfect. The Vista Las Palmas neighborhood is fantastic, perfect for walking, biking.....made up of classic "mid-century" style homes. The house has a simple and efficient layout and is beautifully yet simply furnished.....very easy to keep clean. It was spotless when we arrived. The yard, with a pool and hot tub, two propane firepits, four distinct seating areas including a covered one, is perfect. Oh, not to be forgotten, the house is fully outfitted for cooking and dining......just like being in our own home. The owner goes beyond the norm with details and concern!

This house is located in a historical Palm Springs neighborhood, just around the corner from Elvis' PS getaway. The house itself is clean, bright with natural light and the pool is on the larger side. I definitely recommend staying here and would be more than happy to have a second stay.
