This second-floor condo is located in a securely gated community of a less windy neighborhood in Palm Springs on the famous Palm Canyon Drive. South and beyond the busy downtown strip, it’s still within distance for energetic walkers wanting an early cup of mid-city coffee. This condo sits off the road and has strict rules about noise that might have you believe you’re staying in a retirement community but it welcomes all. Sitting at the base of the San Jacinto mountain range, the home has beautiful views of the mountains from both sides, plus it’s only steps away from and overlooks a sizable pool which are surrounded by swaying palm trees that are softly lit up at night. While you may be tempted to work from one of the balconies using the WiFi, we hope you’ll bring your swimsuit and a good book to relax by the pool under the palms, unplug and get away from it all. Community BBQs, laundry rooms, and tennis courts are also on site for your use and enjoyment.

Whether you're planning to spend your days lounging by the pool or shopping and dining downtown, you'll delight in having this comfortable condo as your home base. There are two balconies - one in front with a view of the pool terrace and one off the primary bedroom suite with gorgeous views of the mountains. Inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, large windows, and a carpeted living room with leather furnishings and a streaming-equipped flatscreen TV. The adjacent kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher), while the window-side dining table has seats for four. Additional amenities include en suite bathrooms and free WiFi throughout the condo.

This home has everything you need. They do need to bring someone in to fix the fridge or replace it - it makes a loud noise almost constantly and the freezer does not work well. Cleanliness is key - extra bedding and blankets should be washed regularly - anyone that used the extra blankets during our stay ended up with a terrible itchy rash. Communication once on site doesn't exist. We tried to call, email - nothing. Location is beautiful.

A nice place and a good value with some suggestions for improvement. Those would be a guide to the condo which talks about the complicated television/ satellite arrangement. A refrigerator that hums too loud so needs to be repaired or replaced. Also dedicated light switches to lamps that would turn on when you walk in the room.

I enjoyed the decor, it was nice. There were a couple of things that needed attention that concerned me. 1) light switch when entering does not turn lights on. 2) Same with the room with 2 beds. 3) TV in same room is not connected to the cable that was laying on the floor. 4) Lamp in the other bedroom on the dresser has to be plugged it to work. 5) Most confusing upon arrival was the complex name. Nowhere does it say Sanstone which is the actual name of the complex. Going back and forth looking for Peaceful Paradise wasn't a pleasant experience.

We had a great stay at this unit. It was clean and functional, we were able to make meals there and it was close to the pool and hot tub. Great social atmosphere, and we loved playing pickleball on your courts. We also used the bbq and everything worked well. Laundry was easy although not in the unit, it was very accessible and there is a laundry basket to use. Great location for our purposes, close to the downtown strip. We loved it!

Condo was well equipped, clean. Pool & hot tub were great. Could definitely hear the neighbors talk , not a busy complex. Vacasa helped us with any questions we had. Definitely recommend this place
