INSIDE THE CONDO

Soft, natural light, organic earth tones, tasteful, understated decor, and extraordinary golf and mountain views create the perfect desert oasis at this exceptional rental.

In the living area, a gas fireplace and a glass wall in the foyer creates a peaceful retreat. An island conversation area offers seating for six-a great spot for afternoon cocktails.

Modern kitchen, fully equipped, features state-of-the-art stainless appliances and an island with seating for six. The dining space features a statement chandelier, tiled floors, and a table set for six.

Four spacious bedrooms each have their own attached bathroom. Two are master suites, with plush king beds and en-suite baths. The 3rd guestroom is fitted with a full-size bed and a twin bed.

The fourth room is a guest casita above the garage-the ideal space for kids and teenagers. It has a double bed, a twin bed and two sofa sleepers to sleep 4-6 people, providing flexibility in your sleeping arrangements, while maintaining the maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Each en-suite bathroom features indulgent details like floating vanities, glass walk-in showers (in 3 of the bathrooms), separate soaking tubs (in 2 of the bathrooms), and one bath offers a tub/shower combo.

The outdoor living area is simply breathtaking! The sparkling pool and spa face spectacular mountain and golf course views, and an outdoor dining table is the perfect spot for al fresco breakfasts and twilight meals with family and friends.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for up to four cars (two in the garage, and two in the driveway). There are also flat screen TVs in every room including the casita.

All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

Minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 30.

THE LOCATION

There is a wealth of things to see and do in the area. Hike miles of trails in the Indian Canyons, or visit The Living Desert - an 1800-acre park with a notable display of desert animals and plants. Or ascend 8,516 feet above the desert on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Perfect family home and location in the desert. Everything about the house is just what we need.
The owners have provided every necessary item to make for a comfortable stay in the home.

Jake from Turn Key was very professional and prompt in taking care of some issues when we first arrived on-site. That said, our overall experience with Turn Key was very frustrating. We do not believe the owners would be happy to hear how the company responds to renters` requests. Once Jake returned to his home office in Colorado, we felt left out to dry by Turn Key. Poor communication between the owners, the company and the housekeepers is just one example. The miscommunication we believe was on Turn Keys` shoulders. We spent a great deal of time on the phone the first and then again, the last week with Turn Key. Here`s hoping they have some customer relation trainings before our return next spring.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We needed a 4BR with some play space on a cul-de-sac so that grandchildren who would visit for a week would have a safe place to chill. This property delivered a modern, well-equipped home ( not just a generic rental unit) in a great location for us. The property was in excellent condition on arrival, clean and supplied with all amenities and even many basic condiments. The neighbours were quiet, the gated community was safe. The only problems really were with the management company`s CSRs that were poorly trained and ignorant about the property and the community regulations, as well as about their own `house Rules`. They forgot to schedule a mid-stay housekeeping, which caused a lot of wasted time and energy getting it rescheduled with second string staff who didn`t know the property. And basically you are dealing with call centres in remote locations who are clueless about Mission Hills@Rancho Mirage.
To summarize, the property is awesome, but the management company was far from professional. We do know that the landlord is taking steps to remedy this situation.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Other than the cleanliness of the pool, which was promptly remedied, our stay was extremely enjoyable.We have been visiting the Palm Desert area for over 40 years and this is the nicest and most spacious home we have rented. Almost everything was perfection, including the magnificent property, location, a generous supply of towels etc, and the cleanliness, plus the management company was very professional and prompt to our needs. Our ONLY drawback was the lack of a rail for entering/exiting the pool. My husband has a severe back problem. A swim or hot tub would have been perfect for him, but it was too dangerous for him to attempt to enter the water without support. I am a very poor/nervous swimmer and I too would have liked a bit more `security` in the pool. Hence we did not use the pool. What a pity that was! It did look very tempting. If you have another property exactly the same with a security rail, please let us know! Otherwise 10 out of 10. Congratulations to all your team and thank you very much for all that you did for us.
