As you approach the property you'll wonder if you haven't arrived in Greece, or elsewhere along the Mediterranean. That wow moment that we all hope for greets you immediately as you step through the front door and gaze over the large gathering room below, with the sparkling poolside playground just beyond. The floor plan of your vacation oasis is terraced on two levels; the upper entry-level includes the expansive master suite, one guest room, a hallway bath, and a laundry room. Five steps below is the main floor of the home where you'll find three more guest bedrooms, two bathrooms, the full kitchen, and the expansive gathering room. Your friends and family will enjoy gathering on the large L-shaped sectional to watch a movie or talk about the happenings' of the day. Step outside to the luscious backyard and you will find a newly refinished pool and spa, eight lounge chairs, and a conversational area with a plush sofa and two side chairs. There's a spectacular view at every angle, and at night you can even see the light of the Palm Springs Tramway as it ascends up to the peak.

WHAT’S NEARBY

When you call this dreamy retreat home, you will be a short drive into downtown Palm Springs for shopping and a bite to eat at one of the many delicious restaurants! Take your pick of local boutiques, famous restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, taking a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will be a breeze, as you can't get any closer than this. For a bit of hiking, there are multiple trails surrounding the town and Mount San Jacinto State Park is also close by.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Plenty of room to gather and enjoy the pool and hot tub, with a fully equipped kitchen and space to spend time with family. Excellent response from the local property management fixing small issues like internet and TV. The missing star due to no place to put clothes or towels in most bedrooms, and needing to put soap and shampoo on floor in showers other than master bath. If there were shower benches, hooks, luggage stands and shelves or chests with drawers, it would be 5 stars!

Overall a nice home. Outside space was nice. Nice size and layout of living space and bedrooms. Two issues. First, two of the bedrooms have no closets, no wardrobe, and no place to unpack. Ended up with suitcases and clothes on the floor. The kitchen had limited silverware. Good for one meal and then had to run the dishwasher. There are no plugs accessible on the main counter. That results in plugging in the coffee maker, toaster, and blender in literally 6 inches of counter space next to the cooktop. Overall I was expecting a better overall experience at this price point.

The house was clean and well maintained. The photos were accurate. The house was on a quiet cut de sac in a nice neighborhood. There were absolutely no instructions for any aspect of the house, eg TV, DVD player, HVAC system, garbage collection schedule, fireplace, appliances or checkout instructions. We called the local Vacasa office for some instructions, but they were not the property manager, as it turned out. Our concerns were forwarded to the property manager who never returned our call.

Pool and house not very clean
AC was not working, AC conditioner gave came and mentioned that AC Unit is too old and can't be fixed.

This house was perfect for our group of 10! The house is spaced out very nicely so everyone slept comfortably. The pool was great we just wish we were able to play music outside (city ordinance, nothing to do with the rental). Overall, this house was super fun for our weekend and was in the perfect location!

We had great service from the local Vacasa team and the gardeners who made a service call. Overall the house is close to five stars but needs some easy fixes to push it across the finish line. The house is well laid out with some bedrooms removed from the common areas and others adjacent. The western bedrooms can get hot but just remember to pull the shades. This section of town is windy but the pool deck is somewhat sheltered. I realize it is difficult at times to stock a rental property but the lack of plastic cups and plates with a pool property is unfortunate. There is one plug in the entire kitchen, we set up the coffeemaker at the wet bar. The sectional in the living room slides around as the pieces are not connected. Not trying to pick things apart but a series of small fixes would make this a stellar 5 star property. That being said the positive FAR outweigh the negative. One final comment that has nothing to do with the property, Palm Springs draconian noise ordinances and restrictions on rentals add a negative tone to any rental. If you are a small group get a hotel.

We had 4 couples on a golf trip. Loved the locations for dinners in Palm Springs and morning hikes. We took the tram to the mountain too as well. When we arrived there had been a wind storm and they came and cleaned pool second day again for us. Great house for all of us and Vacassa was very responsive when we did call about the pool. Great trip!!!

Beautiful house in a nice and quite part of Palm Springs. The house was as pictured. It was spacious and we loved spending time in the pool and for the most part the house was immaculate. However, there were a few issues the makes me give this house a 4 star instead of 5 star rating: 1) he pool was not maintained, we saw some algae growing around the rim. When we got there the pool was entirely covered in leaves and dust. We had to request someone to come clean. They added chlorine to the pool, which apparently had not been added in a while. 2) The dishwasher was almost unusable. Needs to be replaced. 3) The floors were highly polished tile which are very slick when coming in from the pool. There were a few slips. Recommend they get some rugs in the bathrooms and near any entrance from the pool. 4) Also, the master shower drain was clogged.

The pics are no longer accurate. The pool was filthy and had to be serviced while we were there. There was algae growing all over the sides of the pool. There is also a sewer issue, causing an odor in the master bathroom that is nasty. Most of the outdoor furniture is busted up, with holes in the loungers and chairs! When we arrived, the slider to the pool was broken and I had to argue for an hour with management to have someone come out to fix it! The pool was not suitable to swin in. It was dirty and gross and even though they sent the pool man out, the chemicals used made it so that most of us would not go into the water. My stepsons insisted on listening to the advised one-hour wait time given to us by the pool man. Their eyes are still burning two days later. Do yourself a favor and find another house. If I can post pics, I will. It was outrageous.
