I love the neighborhood l, the pool and jacuzzi, and yard. I also love shooting pool and the beds are comfy and the shower is wonderful. Close to shops and great restaurants

Pictures looked like nicely updated home, unfortunately that wasn't the case. Walls and doors are banged up and dirty, ugly carpet that we were afraid to walk on barefoot and yard looked awful as well, no green grass at all. Jacuzzi was not filled up and water in a pool was super cold, even after requesting and paying for heated pool way ahead of our time. Very disappointing stay 😕.

We are sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay with us, Mariana. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Kindly note that the home has been deep cleaned as well as the carpets. Unfortunately, the sprinklers for the yard were not working and this has since been repaired and the water is back on. The pool system has also been repaired as the valve was turning the wrong way and there was a toy in the filter basket that was preventing proper water flow. The filters of the pool equipment were also cleaned. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this house and we loved it. The house is perfect and it has everything to make you feel like home. From the kitchen to the backyard, it has everything to make your stay a little more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to every store you need for a quick purchase and about a 5 min drive to El Paseo Dr. (Highend stores). We'll definitely be coming back.

Just the two of us, and our small Maltese..... Great kitchen, pool table, very comfy bed.... The outdoors were superb.... Pool, jacuzzi, large grassy yard.Pool inflatable toys..... played croquet on the lawn. The large tree in the back gave us perfect shade in the afternoon. The view of the mountain was beautiful, especially after the sun set over it.... long shaded late afternoons. Alot of close by restaurants, but we cooked/barbequed everynight..... And Cable TV -- not many rentals actually have cable... worth every penny. We are coming back in August. Loved it !!!!

Good location if you are attending the tennis tournament nearby. Backyard is in bad shape and carpet was dirty upon arrival (found popcorn under table in living room).

Our new Happy Place in Tennis Paradise! Easy to bike the 1.3 miles to the Tennis Garden to avoid driving / parking. Comfortable and convenient for our tennis team's escape to Indian Wells.

The pool and back yard is amazing. House is close to many amenities. Enjoyed shooting pool and cooking. Beautiful town with many things to do. We will be back. House was nice and clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Vacasa has amazing service, easy to reach, clear communication and helpful staff.
The house sits on a great lot but it is a shame that it is in such disrepair. It is not a fair offer especially for the high price point. Also the kitchen supplies are low quality. The pool gets heated quite nicely and makes for a nice place to hang out. Beds are very comfortable.
