Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Our family rents home annually in PS. My kids gave this house 2 thumbs up as soon they walked in. Best backyard setting/pool we’ve stayed in. Layout is great with views to tropical pool from living room, kitchen, and dining room. Love the fact I was able to park my car in garage from heat. Would’ve given it 5 stars but the room opposite master is the hottest room. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family get-away with teens! We loved hanging out at the pool and you couldn’t beat the close location to downtown for shopping and dining! The lay out of the house allowed for plenty of family time areas as well as the ability find space for alone time. Other pros of the house were super comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen!!! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent our weekend at this home and had a great time. Check-in process was nice and easy. The home was clean and cool upon entering. I immediately went to the pool and floated around for an hour before dinner. There are three bedrooms and they were all good sized. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery and appliances. I would book this home in the future.

The Poolside Terrace met or exceeded all of our needs. The interior was spacious enough and the furnishings, linens, etc. were all high-end - far nicer than I`ve experienced in other rental properties. The real standout is the patio area, which is spacious, private, and comes with plenty of seating including lounge chairs. The pool and hot tub were great. Views of the mountain, a barbeque grill, an outdoor table for dining and even an outdoor fire pit.

The location of the house is great, the backyard is secluded due to tall bushes, and the driveway and garage provide plenty of parking. The AC also gets freezing which is completely necessary in the summer months.

We had great a time at the Poolside Terrace. Very clean throughout. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful interior decor. Amazing pool. The whole stay we felt very relaxed. This house is a home. It has 2 large bedrooms that both have bathrooms, plus a hallway bathroom. The patio is spacious, and pool and hot tub very nice. The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies. A washer and dryer is a must with kids. This was also a convenient location to downtown Palm Springs.

Wanted to share with you about my positive experience during my recent trip to Palm Springs! The home that we stayed in was lovely, clean and had everything that we needed. With three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms we had plenty of space and were all very comfortable. Probably the highlight of the property is the beautiful pool and landscaping. We spent several hours poolside relaxing and visiting. I really appreciate the location of the property, being so close to downtown Palm Springs. Everything that we wanted to do - whether hiking, shopping or eating out at great restaurants - was so accessible. It was a wonderful trip and I look forward to returning to Palm Springs and this wonderful home!

This property was even better in person than the photos! We celebrated our 40th Birthdays with a long girls weekend, perfect home. The home was extremely clean with anything you need. The pool/hot tub/fire pit area was perfect - chairs were very comfortable and pool floats a bonus! We spent the entire time outside. Flat screen TVs are great (we never turned them on). Home is very updated and we felt completely at home. Grilled out and ate at large table outside. Palm Canyon Drive shopping/restaurants is close by.
