BED & BATH

This single-level villa sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed, a twin-size ottoman sleeper, and 50in cable TV. Sliding glass doors to the master patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. The master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on the main patio, outfitted with seating for four. Or soak up the sun in a lounger on the master bedroom patio. An additional outdoor area is accessible off the dining room.

Walk less than a mile to a plethora of eclectic shops, eateries, and entertainment options in downtown Palm Springs.

Drive just 10 minutes and hop on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram to take in stunning bird's-eye views from the mountaintop. Or head to Cabazon for a day of shopping at the expansive outlet mall.

Hiking trails and golf courses are available throughout the area. Nature enthusiasts will want to check out the iconic Joshua Tree National Park, less than an hour's drive away.

The location of this condo in the complex was perfect. The end unit provided lots of privacy and the patio was so relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. The pool and landscaping made it feel like a resort vacation..I loved loved the pool which has a 9ft deep end. I highly recommend this place for a PS getaway

Great condo unit to rent. Very clean and well appointed for your basic needs. I would recommend the owner provide a UBS charging base on the bedside tables. With all the electronic devices used these days the closest outlet was behind the head of the bed and would have been very inconvenient to access. Other than that it’s was a great place to stay for our vacation. Everything was clean and just as described online. Great grill and patio space for a tight group of friends. Enjoyed the technological touches like the Apple TV and tablet with information about the rental. Easy access to pool area. What a great place to stay and enjoy the Palm Springs life style. We appreciated the historic landmark Racquetclub Club Cottages West. We appreciated the 60’s decor while still having an up to date kitchen and amenities. The pool and surrounding landscaping are wonderful, in perfect condition and not at all crowded.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The villa was cute and well decorated, but it was not very welcoming. It had a commercial feel from the moment we walked in. There were no personalized touches. There were certain doors that were not supposed to be opened and the AC had a mind of its own. The residents of the community were pretty rude and made it obvious that they did not like having guests in their pool. I would give this place another chance before I make up my mind that I don’t like it.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
