When venturing out, the unbeatable locale is close to various hiking trails, golf courses, and trendy shopping. Downtown is about 5 minutes away.

Detailed with mid-century modern furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows, the welcoming living area is a prime place to relax. A Roku TV sets the scene for movie nights.

This ground-floor bungalow sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

Find tranquility in the primary bedroom, which offers a California king bed, a desk, a private patio, and a Roku TV. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

An additional patio features a bistro table for two.

We have stayed at the Racquet Club Garden Villas 3 times now love the grounds. This unit #114 was delightful, well kitted out and nicely furnished. The only thing I would recommend for this unit is a pillow topper for the Murphy bed otherwise a 5 star.

There was fraud in the inducement here!This place is a fishbowl! No privacy, right next to a driveway & carport, big street light outside bedroom, no lock on broken sliding door, no umbrella as pictured, no heat in swimming pool & spa, many other maintenance issues which we had to deal with on our “vacation “. Buyer beware!!

Regarding your concerns, the homeowner has confirmed that there are blackout shades in the bedrooms and privacy-providing shades in the living room. They've also addressed the sliding door issue with repairs by a specialist in historic doors, ensuring functionality and security with locks. Furthermore, all windows were re-washed and the umbrella was replaced. Please note, the pool is heated year-round except during summer months starting June 1st, due to naturally warm temperatures in the desert. We feel it is important to note that the issues we could resolve during your stay were taken care of immediately after they were reported. We appreciate your valuable feedback and look forward to the opportunity to host you again for an exceptional stay in the future.

Renting this condo felt like stepping back in history. Condo is beautifully appointed with furniture that complements the space and large windows in the bedroom and living room. Bathrooms are updated, modern and functional. Landscaping and community pool is beautiful. It is a quiet community so I recommend it highly if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
