This home is just a 10-minute drive from Old Town La Quinta, and 15 minutes from The Indian Wells Tennis Garden - home of the BNP Paribas Open.

LIVING AREA

A plush couch and armchair outfit the main sitting area, offering a stylish space to kick back and relax. In the evening, mix up drinks at the adjacent wet bar.

The nearby TV lounge is the perfect retreat for movie nights, featuring two comfy recliner chairs with ottomans, a sofa, and a 60in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

A large kitchen offers a great social space to cook and chat. An island with four seats offers tons of prep space, and stainless steel appliances include a roomy French-door fridge.

Gather for meals at a dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

Sprawl out in a king bed in a spacious master bedroom, outfitted with a 60in TV and armchairs. A lavish en-suite bath boasts a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

Both the second and third bedroom each feature a king bed and a 22in TV. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

Offering a self-contained retreat, the fourth bedroom/casita comes with a king bed, its own living area with a 20' TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. A guest bath has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Spend relaxing afternoons around your mountain-backed private pool and spa, surrounded by sun loungers and a six-person dining table. This stunning outdoor haven sits right beside the Arnold Palmer Private Course, and you'll sometimes spot bighorn sheep coming down the slopes to graze on the grass and shrubs.

For added privacy, enjoy conversations and drinks on a sunny private courtyard with a four-person patio table.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday here with three other couples, and it was a fantastic experience! The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, with thoughtful pantry items like salt and pepper, coffee pods, and spices. We even added some olive oil and coffee for the next guests to enjoy. The large grapefruit tree on the property provided some of the sweetest grapefruits we've ever tasted. Our favorite feature of the house was the incredible pool and hot tub, complete with a water feature and surround sound throughout the house. We had an incredible time and can't wait to stay again!

We recently stayed at this rental house with two other couples and had an overall enjoyable experience. The house and location provided a great view, and the hot tub added a nice touch to our stay. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. It would have been convenient to have some kitchen items like coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and basic spices. Also a box of trash bags versus 2 or 3 would be an added convenience. The powdered shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms was inconvenient, requiring water addition and providing only enough for one use. It would have been helpful to know this in advance in order to bring our own. The toilet paper provided was remarkably thin, and a higher quality would be appreciated. The amenities left something to be desired. The TV is in the smaller family room rather than the larger living room which made for a cramped Super Bowl event and the remote needs updated instructions. The lower oven and spa jets weren't working and there were quite a few carpet stains. We suggest enhancing the welcome experience with a thoughtful touch, such as a welcome basket with a bottle of wine and some light snacks. Despite these minor inconveniences, the house and location offered a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, it could provide an even more satisfying experience.

Upon arriving, we walked into the main house after playing golf in the 115 degreee weather to find the house at 88 degrees. Notified the rental company at arrival and they scheduled a company to come out and told us to go to dinner and they would cover $100 of our food expense. We went to dinner and when we were ready to get our check,we called and texted to get that covered but we were ignored and never received that benefit. The a/c unit was very old and they tried to fix but it did not work. The needy morning we were starting our golf tourney at 6:30 am and they called willing to relocate us at 11 pm which was too late to try to make that move. The next day, we were moved to another location which did not have a private pool and spa that we had paid extra to have. We were told that we would not be charged extra for the new location instead of Vacasa realizing that they were downgrading us. The staff at Vacasa was extremely nice but the overall experience was very disappointing
