Security at the gate checks you in each time you enter. Quiet and lovely unit. It is a very comfortable unit. Comfy furniture and beds. View of the 12th green and golf course. No access to garage, must park in driveway. Fully stocked with all the pots and pans and dishes. Modern washer and dryer work well. All appliances are great!

Had a great experience in this townhome for the month of January. Perfect setup for remote work (with the 3rd bedroom-office), when we had to, great outdoor area, and nearby hot tub and pool s in both directions from the townhome. Mike, the property manager from Turnkey, was amazing and super responsive for anything we needed. Amy, the owner, was also very attentive. Would certainly rent this place again , in a heartbeat, and look forward to doing just that! Will miss seeing the bighorn sheep almost every morning!This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo right on the golf course. It was a home away from home. The property description, layout and location were accurately described. The beds and linens are very comfortable. This is a corner unit, which is nice because there is a neighbor on only one side. The property was clean and well maintained. There only a few small issues: some burned out lightbulbs in the vaulted ceilings, difficulty figuring out which light switches turn on the various hallways lights (they seemed to not work consistently) and some stains on the carpet in the living and dining room, which the cleaning person told us were left by the occupants previous to us. There were extra lightbulbs, batteries, laundry detergent, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc.... We did end up buying a kitchen sponge and more Kleenex. Turnkey responded promptly to our questions. We would recommend this property to others and return ourselves. We enjoyed lap swimming at the beautiful Palm Desert YMCA Aquatic Center (terrific COVID safety measures in place) and hiking from the Bear Creek Trailhead. A herd big horned sheep were wandering around the neighborhood the week we were there.
