Walls of glass seamlessly transition the stylish indoors to the sunny outdoors, where you can lounge in the plentiful desert sunshine, spread out on the lush green lawn, or take a refreshing dip in the private, clam-shaped swimming pool. In the afternoons and evenings, you can light the gas grill, sit down for an al fresco dinner, and watch the sun illuminate the desert sky with color.

WHAT’S NEARBY

This home is located in Sunmor, a sunny neighborhood of Palm Springs with fantastic access to both downtown (just over a mile west) and Palm Springs International Airport (one mile east). Walk or ride your bike to explore Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip downtown that's lined with fantastic restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and theaters, or hop in the car for a quick drive to one of the incredible golf courses nearby. If you're looking to explore the natural beauties of the desert, be sure to visit Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest), Indian Canyons (six miles south), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (eight miles west).

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Loved the mid-century decor. Clean property. Location super close to the airport and to restaurants. Although the instructions stated that the property management company would contact me and provide the entry information, in the end, I had to contact them. Also, 72 hours prior notice required if you want the pool heater turned on.

Pros- plenty of room, very clean and updated, comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of towels and other linens. Big beautiful backyard with a fun pool.Cons- very loud with road and airport noise. The pool is great, but needs resurfacing and it is $100 a day to heat it. This was not included in the listing which felt very much like a bait and switch situation.

There was nothing this home didnt have except a toaster oven. It had a toaster and an oven but not a toaster oven. Exceptionally well equipped, comfortable and elegant. I would stay here again

This is such a beautiful home and the most well-stocked rental I have ever experienced! The beds are very comfortable and the backyard is a paradise. The pool is huge and where we spent most of our time. Plenty of parking and easy access to many restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

Won’t give 5 stars because we weren’t allowed to turn the air conditioning below 76 degrees as that would result in the unit breaking down, according to the extensive notes in the owners home-guide . Had that been disclosed in the listing then we would not have rented this house. Otherwise, the house had plenty of amenities, beds were comfortable, backyard was very private, and the pool was lovely.

I've stayed at many lovely homes in Palm Springs, but this exceeded a typical stay by FAR. It offers the most thoughtful, welcoming, and enjoyable details in each room. Riviera has been lovingly curated with vintage and functional midmod touches. It also has little amenities and extras everywhere. It felt like friends lent us their amazing house for the weekend. You could never be bored in this house... or you could do absolutely nothing by that huge shell shaped pool all day... perfection!

This was our second stay at Riviera. We came back for the absolutely perfect pool! It has a soft current that makes you want to just float all day. Each of the bedrooms has an entrance to the pool area, and the whole layout of the house is ideal for groups, with just enough privacy for everyone and still large spaces to gather together. There are so many amenities we didn`t even have time to enjoy them all. A beautiful and functional place!!

The house was beautiful and honestly, the most well-stocked house I have ever been in. They had every kitchen equipment we could possibly need (pots, pans, strawberry hullers!), the equipment was high end, more than enough towels. It was really such a great experience. I want to live in this house.

House worked perfectly for our family. Good amenities, very well equipped. Pet friendliness was excellent. Back yard was nice and very private. Loved the fact that all bedrooms opened onto back yard. TVs in all bedrooms was great. Initially had some concerns about busyness of Farrell Dr. ...but was not a problem at all.

Vacation Palm Springs was incredibly easy to work with. The home itself is exactly as pictured- maybe even better looking in person!
