Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

We really enjoyed the space in the home it was simple not over crowded , that was okay for our group of guests … the bbq worked well for burgers and although we paid for the heating of the pool and we weren’t able to enjoys due to the heat never turning on which I still am waiting for a refund . The backyard was a nice place to gather though I could recommend that management consider replacing outdoor furniture . Ample parking in the driveway ,in the living room area I could smell pet odor on and around the couch small TV for a very large area we loved gathering around the island in the kitchen ,nice to have two bathrooms for a larger group . It was easy to text the agent helping us throughout our stay with the exception of getting the pool heated that may I say was the frustrating part of our stay as we chose this home with a pool to enjoy a relaxing weekend and had to miss out on that .Overall if you like something very simple this is a good option.

This is an economy home that is not comfortable. Suitable for sleep and go but not restful and relaxing. I would not stay here again until it has been upgraded.

From the moment we arrived to the house, we knew this was going to be a problem location. Let's start with the main issue. The front gate to the "enclosed front yard" was broken and would not close, which led directly onto traffic and a busy street. We were NOT informed about this issue ahead of time which presented a huge problem because we were traveling with a dog that very easily could and DID escape the property. When we called to report the issue we were told they WERE NOT going to fix the problem until we left and refused to return the pet desposit despite the home not being PET SAFE as advertised. To make matters worse, the doggy door to the house leads to the open yard, which is how my dog escaped. Any and all attempts to contact the management office were futile despite having left messages. Do not waste your money. This place is not worth the price. MUCH better places and MUCH better management companies exist for you to waste your vacation with these clowns.

The home is very spacious and the furnishings make it quite comfortable even for large groups. There is plenty of room for people to lounge and relax around the home. There is also a sense of privacy as the front lawn / back pool area were completely walled off. The front lawn is very sunny, great for sunbathing but unfortunately the pool area is often in the shade for most of the day.A few problems that we had:1) The management neglected to disable the home alarm before our check-in. Upon unlocking the door and walking in, the alarm got triggered and then proceeded to wail EXTREMELY loudly to the point where we could not even be in the house. After about half an hour of the alarm going off in this manner, the management company finally got back to us with instructions on how to disable the alarm.2) The kitchen was not exactly the most well equipped, especially if you need to cook for larger groups. There are a few sauce pans and two frying pans for stovetop cooking. We had to buy a bigger pot in order to feed our whole group.3) The garbage disposal mechanism was a bit janky - it got stuck in the "on" position and we had to unplug the garbage disposal in order to keep it from running 24/7. 4) Some basic bath essentials like body wash / conditioner were missing. I get that it's not necessarily required, but having these would help to make the place feel more like a home.5) The internet is extremely slow here. Not a problem if are planning to spend most of the time outside or be offline, but don't expect to be able to stream any movies, do remote work, or even just do any basic internet browsing here.

The home is in a good location, though if you're looking for sun, the backyard is quite shady at this time of year. The pool heat did not work; we had a pool vendor out three times to try and fix it. On the plus side, Vacasa did refund our pool heat fee. The home was tidy, but could use a good deep clean. The concrete tiles around the pool have lifted in a couple places and were great for stubbing your toe. The beds were not very comfortable; new mattresses would be a plus. The home shows as if it is managed by a company, not homeowners. We will not return to this property.

For starters this was our 3rd consecutive stay we've had better experience with this beautiful home therefore decided to come back only for our surprise this would be the last this experience was definitely not like the first one. This home is slowly deteriorating the plumbing has issues as the kitchen sink and bathtubs clogged up with just as simple as washing a cup and taking a shower. There is water damage in one of the bedrooms ceiling right above the bed. The outside patio is very old the chairs are breaking apart as well as the lounging chairs by the pool area. Unfortunately we were notified the very day before our stay that the refrigerator was not working so they placed a refrigerator for us in the garage it was definitely not what we wanted to hear specifically when traveling with kids but we thought it's not the end of the world. So will have to walk to the garage. Upon arrival that was my main concern so went straight to take a look and we find a dirty moldy old refrigerator half way working the AC runs in the house not in the garage so picture that refrigerator sitting in a hot garage trying to cool your food yeah it didn't and the amount of money we pay when reserving in cleaning fees just to find what seemed to be dog hair everywhere it was definitely the cherry on top to spark off my allergies. As if that was not enough I jump in the shower and pull the handle to switch from bath to shower and it breaks right off needless to say horrible horrible experience it pretty much ruined our staycation. The pool is deteriorating the rocks are falling of the hot tub into the pool the hot tub lights don't work the outdoor patio it's nothing like the description no lighting at all there was a broken lounging chair just tossed to the side as the cleaning people just tossed it. The controled gate wouldn't closed after us entering. Definitely the last time it's sad we've made plenty of memories with our family in this home but it's slowly deteriorating and whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning is not also in the past while on our week there we've had garderners come by or a pool guy not this time. Someone is not keeping it up or doing their job. Definitely never going back!! Don't trust the pictures!! Not worth your money!!!!

The pool was a highlight for everyone in our family group of 8. The house was spacious, as were the outdoor spaces, giving our grandkids lots of play areas. Nice neighborhood - close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the layout and decor of this house and how clean it was. It was very private with a locked gate and high retaining wall around the property. The only thing that we weren’t thrilled about was the cleanliness of the pool. The information binder said it gets cleaned on Tuesday’s and Friday’s and when we arrived on Monday, it was pretty dirty. The water was clean, but there was tons of leaves and twigs throughout the pool, especially settled on the bottom, and the net had a hole in it making it impossible to clean ourselves. When I called I was told the pool cleaning service comes on Monday’s and Thursday’s, but we arrived on a Monday and it was definitely not cleaned that day. The maintenance guy replaced the pool net for us on Wednesday so I spent about two hours cleaning it so we got to enjoy it a couple days of our trip. Other than that, the house and the property was extremely clean and beautiful and the property management was friendly and responsive.

One Star, only because I have to in order to leave my review. What I loved, the beautiful mountains in the surrounding area. The home upon initial entry was pretty clean. Lifted the mats on the floor (mats creep me out) they were filthy, dirt, sand, crumbs, who knows what, just gross. The floors were also filthy. Went to use the jacuzzi and was cold as ice. Paid to have pool heated, cold as ice. Got the house because it had a nice gate that was supposed to close but didn’t unless you close it yourself and “lock” it with the rock that was nearby. I’ve been gone for two days and have tried to call to get some kind of refund for everything that was wrong and suddenly no one answers their phone. Able to talk to one person who couldn’t help us with a reimbursement but said she would have the Vacasa house manager call back to discuss the reimbursement, guess what, no call!!! Vacasa is horrible to work with. I won’t ever rent a house through Vacasa or Vrbo or AirBNB if they use Vacasa.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for our long-awaited family gathering. Living/dining/kitchen area was spacious, hot tub and pool wonderful, bedrooms cozy. Good location, walk to Albertsons grocery store, great walks in mid-century modern neighborhoods surrounding the home.
We did have a few issues initially: hot tub not working, garbage disposal not working..... but the local property management company sent repair people out right away. They were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We love this house and went back to it but this time around was not what we expected. The pool never got cleaned so it was dirty from the trees and the whole house was dusty dirty and a bed was not made we had to clean up and that's not what a vacation should consist of I was charge for cleaning but it was the dirtiest house ever very upset.

We loved this house and felt comfortable from the very minute we walked through the door. The common area is amazing as well as the backyard pool and jacuzzi. We loved the heated pool and spa. The rooms were very comfortable with 8 people. The washer and dryer were really nice for having fresh towels all the time.

There were a few minor things (rocks loose, lights not working in spa) but nothing that was a huge deal to us.

Overall the house was solid for a fun weekend. Only downside was we had to go to the store and get toilet paper since the house had only two rolls for 8 guests.

I thought the weather was perfect. The rooms were perfect. The great room was perfect. Having a gate and garage was great. The lawn out front made it even better. There were enough lounge chairs for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of appliances and everything you would need to cook. There were enough towels for the pool and showering. The location was close to ideal. The information folder was very informative and complete.
