My fiancé and I have been talking about going to Joshua Tree since we first got together - and this home helped bring all of our visions to life! The perfect location for access to everything the JT has to offer, while placed in a serene setting that makes you feel enveloped by the park. This home featured everything that we needed for a secluded getaway - and was close to local shops for food and replenishments. I would recommend the Sage Cabin Experience to anyone - and you won't be disappointed with the thoroughness of Vacasa and their local staff!

You can soak in a joshua tree more than a century old as you soak in the soaking tub. You'll pass plenty of them along the side of the dirt road on your way into the cabin. All in all, this is a perfect location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park and taking in all that the high desert has to offer. The kitchen was well-equipped and there's a door outside right in the bathroom, but to me, the porch was perfect place, with views of the town of Joshua Tree and thousands of stars in the dark sky, to wildlife all around come morning.

Stayed 11 nights to focus on my writing. This place is peaceful, remote and conducive to creativity. Did I say remote? It’s off a mile of dirt road in the foothills about 3.5 miles south of the city of Joshua Tree. Perfect to get off the grid and back to nature. Speaking of which, there are many critters about. Coyote, roadrunners, birds, tons of bunnies and even a snake or two. It was exactly what I wanted/needed. Looking forward to returning.

This cabin is a little isolated, and is so relaxing. Each night we watched lightening on the hilltops in the distance while having dinner on the porch. Better than tv any day!The house was clean, furnishings newer, and very comfy. It did get hot one day and found the ac worked great.The Wi-Fi worked great too but we just loved unplugging for a few days.
