First the good. Beds are comfortable. Good dishwasher good washer dryer. After that it’s either Meh or bad. The couches are terrible cheap uncomfortable smalll. The “pool table” is kids only. Not level and a wate of space. The bunk bed bedroom is a “casita” without a closet built out of 3rd garage bay. Had to go outside and go into house for a bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms downstairs shower stall creates a pool on the floor it’s a flooded out mess. Take some the pool towels if you use it and build. A Dam. The upstairs toilet runs incessantly. The place is dirty. The hvac vents are all filthy. The doors seals leak with a wind event the inside gets coated in sand. There are no doormats. The windows dont have screens. The garage door doesn’t have a clicker. The outside furniture is almost as cheap and cheeesy as the couches. Kitchen is no more than adequately supplied. But good oven and cooktop. The location is excellent for cycling in the area. Certainly would look elsewhere in the future.

The property was comfortable. Small things make the difference. There were no hot pads or towels or cutting board in the kitchen, very few hangers, could have used better cleaning. Found out after arrival there was extra cost to have the pool warmed up so we didn’t do that. Toilet in up stairs bathroom sticks. Used the new towels and had LONG hairs from someone else!The couches were VERY uncomfortable. And enough room for all of us.

This was a new listing. The property seemed to have had a recent hasty refurb, but not well done and several issues not addressed. The hot tub/pool smelled like a stagnant lake, dead vegetation at the bottom, sparks coming from the hot tub controller when switched on/off, window blinds that appeared to have never been cleaned, furnace/AC vents covered in dirt, bathroom sink with virtually no water pressure, shower door seal that was anything but a seal (leaks all over the floor), windows so caked with dirt or mineral deposits that it distorted the view through them, sliding screen door that didn't slide, several large gaps between 2 different flooring materials, bathroom mirror lights added by stringing some Romex wire around the mirror (not to code at all)... I could go on and on. Very disappointed overall. Definitely not worth the price they are asking.
