This home also features three additional guest suites each with its own private bathroom to accommodate a large range of guest requirements, while the on-site 'casita' showcases mid-century modern furniture with colorful glass art pieces and a separate entrance for extra privacy.

This house was spectacular. From its beautiful design to the way it was decorated. Plenty of towels. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Mattresses are top of the line. We loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was easy to use. The house manual answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend this gem of the desert

We had an excellent time at this house. It’s such a special phenomenal house. It was both sides of grandparents and us with our toddler. Spent Christmas there. The backyard is so beautiful and the pool and hot tub and all the chairs were fab. Every moment in this house , you notice a different piece of art , as every detail has been designed. Love love love the house , they just need to replace both shower systems in two bathrooms and it’ll be golden. My fav room was the nook with the fireplace.

What a gem at the Schwartz house is…! The home is architecturally unique and was a joy to stay in. The house was well stocked, the pool and the Jacuzzi were warm and heated and the backyard was wonderful. Itwas a delightful home for four couples to stay in and a great location. We just got back from a week in this stunning palace. The house is spacious, immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. We were so impressed and would absolutely rent this home again.
The owners have done an wonderful job of assuring their guests. Everything is labeled and explained beautifully. Lots of little extras to ensure you have everything you need from pool toys and ample towels to seasonings and small appliances.
The living room and lounge areas are luxuriously appointed and stunning. The bedding is comfortable and all the extra pillows and blankets you could ever need are provided. The pool area is the best we have ever seen. Everything exactly matches the pictures and is even better in person
We can’t imagine anyone not having their best vacation in this home!

The house was a true Palm Springs house. The feel of being build in 1964 was all around. New kitchen with all amenities. Cleanliness is not the strongest suit. The dirty windows, the pool turned greener every day, dusty bed side tables and left over tissues from the previous renters in the bed room are not acceptable with that kind of price tag for rent.
However, All in all a lovely home.

This house was awesome! The architecture and décor was like being transported back to the Rat Pack era. The house was well appointed and large, with everything you could ever need in a Palm Springs rental house. This made it feel like you were staying a friends house and not a rental house. Our family was 2 adults and 2 kids and everyone had an abundance of space. The pool area is very nice and bigger then some hotels. When you add to that the ping pong table, the foosball table and gas fire pit it is impossible to not keep everyone entertained here. We would definitely return.

Everyone in our group agrees: this house is such a winner! The layout and design are ideal for hanging out by the pool, cooking, playing games, and relaxing. All bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms. The location is great too--easy walkability to coffee, golf, or neighborhood walks / jogs. We`d happily book the Schwartz House again!
