Once in town, be sure to walk along Palm Canyon Drive and pop into the local shops and restaurants that make this town truly stand out!

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We LOVED our stay here and was worth every penny. We truly made the stay a staycation because the layout and amenities allowed us to truly enjoy our time there. I have two kids that love to play games so we made use of the horseshoes, cornhole, swim time and movie time while we bbq'd. There were bikes for us to use and the house was just super clean, everything felt new and fresh it was like a home away from home thank you for the great experience!

Location, pool, space was great! Master bath dated. Poor water pressure. Shower head too low. Checkout at 10 am is not flexible and was disappointed they couldn’t give us until 12 noon.

This home is located in a very quiet area, far enough away from major roads to not hear the traffic, but close enough to be able to get to places easily. It is very comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for.

We spent 7 nights at this home and really enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

While the home had everything we needed, the check in process ruined our stay. Incorrect information at booking to wrong codes for the key made a 4:30pm check in in 90+ degree heat unbearable. Nobody answered our texts or calls (each 25 minutes plus). House had everything it says and everything worked great. Changing the listing and check in details after we booked is shady and borderline fraudulent

This home was amazing. Beautiful, clean, huge back yard with gorgeous Mountain View and heated pool/hot tub. The Vacasa staff met all of our need and were very responsive to our requests. Will definitely stay here when we come back!
